Ascot Hotel & Spa

部屋は適度に広く、快適に過ごせました。駅から歩いていける距離だったことも良かったです。

冷蔵庫があればよかったです。

寝泊りするだけだったので、何の不都合も感じませんでした。

The location was nice and the breakfast good (except that the coffee machine broke down).

The hotel room was a little shabby and it smelled like smoke even though we had a non-smoking room.The ac did not seem to work?

The hotel is very central.

The room looked more like a two star hotel room. It was not very nice, and bathroom smelled bad. I don't know if this is applicable to all rooms at this hotel, but at least parts of the hotel look old and it wouldn't hurt to renovate.

Bathroom is not up to standard and the mettress too soft.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet. What a great selection of food. Good exercise room faciltiy.

Very good location, close to the central station and to all the attractions. Clean room and the hotel in general. In general our stay was pleasant.

Too expensive for a VERYsmall room without breakfast. a night club just across the street, on Saturday & Sunday nights it was extremely noisy till the morning. I stayed with my older mother, but only one bed was offered - not a big one (it would be very comfortable for one person or a young couple)! An extra charge applied for the credit card payment (it wasn't mentioned in the booking confirmation). We haven't noticed any linen/towels change within 4-nights stay (however the room looked clean & tidy).

Good location.

The room was very, cold and the bathroom as well. The room was ok but certainly not a 4 star standard, more like 2-3 star so that was a big disappiontment, especially for that money.

Don't expect a proper "business class" 4-star hotel, but at the price for advance booking (cheaper than a lot of 2/3-star options) the value was hard to beat and location was fantastic - 5 minutes walking to the central station/Tivoli and Stroget with plenty of pubs and restaurants just outside. Booked the small double room, still it was sufficient in size, clean and well equipped. Hotel is renovated and well maintained.

While the hotel itself is very quiet, the rooms facing the street are quite noisy. There is a music club/pub outside with loud live acts. If you are sensitive, consider requesting a room facing the yard. The rooms can be a little cold in colder days, there is no controllable air-conditioning/heating. Double bed was a little small compared to usual standard, but big enough for a comfortable sleep.
