facilité d'accès à partir de la gare centrale chambre petite avec environ 10 cm d'accès de part et d'autre du lit, accès difficile. Petit déjeuner buffet nettement insuffisant: pas de fruits frais, pas de jus frais, plus aucune viennoiseries (à partir de 9h30!) - mauvaise isolation acoustique : bruit infernal des trains |

l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien pour visiter la ville , le reste de pays en train et faire une escapade en Suède. Il faut profiter de la piscine et voir qu'ici les gens se décrassent avant d'aller dans l'eau. Français prenez en de la graine !!!!! les salles de bain sont vétustes voire Dangereuses pour certaine. Il ne faut hésiter à changer de chambre. Le personnel semble ignorer la configuration des chambres. Le buffet était moins bien qu'au dernier séjours. le rapport qualité prix n'est plus aussi bon. J'ai repéré des 4**** mieux placé au niveau prix. |

Helpful and welcoming staff. Copenhagen is a very expensive city so the price was decent. The room was too small and seemed quite dirty when I arrived. There's also no shower, but a hole in the ground next to the toilet with a shower handle above it. After I took a shower, the entire bathroom was flooded. The internet did not work no matter what I tried. They charged me a different price than what I reserved on Booking.com claiming that my reservation was nowhere to be found. Overall, I was pretty disappointed. |

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. It is convenient to downtown Copehagen and right next door to the train station. Because it is next to the train station and a busy street, there is a lot of outside noise. |

The central location which makes the access easy. The design and the architecture of the hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffe was good. The maintenance of the hotel interior is lacking. Starting to look run down on certain parts. |

friendly staff- location is easy for transport - room reasonable size-most amenities available on request the rooms are noisy both front and back side - the fron tside is traffic and the back is the trains - breakfast was practically empty at 8am - breads not refilled and coffee undrinkable |

The hotel couldn't be any closer to the train station. It's excellent location meant that the city could be explored quickly and readily. I somehow managed to get a rate of 175Dk for a night's stay which completely shocked the hotel staff. The normal going rate is 900DK! |

Location to train station and City center. The breakfast was exelent. The room was modern and stilis. There is no "do not disturb sine" on the doors. Cleaning staff opening the door in the morning. |

I liked its location with respect to the station and shopping. The room was small but adequate for my stay but very nicely laid out. Being a UK resident, I would have liked a choice of hot food at breakfast. However, the Continental breakfast choices were good. |

The location, just nex to mail railway station was good. The room was very cold and noisy, it felt like the window was open but it wasn'T. |
