Great location, walking distance from metro. Quiet, but still not to far from city ( shopping, Tivoli etc)
Bathroom way to small. Breakfast ok, but not super.
Very clean and modern, great cosy bar, nice breakfast and value for money
No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, and at times only one member of staff on duty so had to wait to get key, then wait for same person to serve a drink, collect someone's suitcase and check another guest in. Felt very sorry for him!
Staff so friendly, excellent breakfast and comfortable lounge area in the evening.
The look of the hotel was great. The reception are bar area were beautiful. I stayed when it was snowing so couldn't use the terrace but I imagine in summer it's great.
The location isn't so great. Not so much around the area. About 20/30min walk to get into the centre. There was a metro station about a 5 min walk away. One thing that I really didn't enjoy, when you leave the hotel everytime you need to leave the key at reception. It was kind of annoying always having to give in and ask for it back, plus wasted time when they were busy and if have to wait.
Nice breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff
No heating in bathroom, low waterpressure shower
Location and breakfast was great! Room was comfortable.
Curtains in the bathroom was not very comfortable to use and the bathroom was small. A cattle in the room would be very nice.
Loved the breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms
Screaming cats woke me up every night! Not the hotel's fault though!
Great hotel with lots of style and very friendly staff.
The mattress was too soft for me personally.
Parking place, breakfast, very spacious and big room (superior). Have diner at Bodega.
Good continental breakfast spread, great free WiFi throughout the hotel, I had a nice sized, quite room with two single beds pushed together with two single duvets so not sure if this was meant to be a double bed or not. Really friendly, helpful staff. An easy 5 min from the metro.
Not bad, but just a note... no kettle facilities in the room although there was a fridge. And the hand soap/shampoo/moisturiser provided in the room was very fragrant.
Very friendly staff. Fiendly, cool and welcoming ambience. Best breakfast ever.
My only criticism would be no tea and coffee facilities and no bath... Otherwise would recommend the hotel
The owners/staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel had a lovely feel to it and a lovely lounge.
Lovely lounge area downstairs. Excellent breakfast beautifully presented Very helpful professional staff
Little bit noisy in rooms at front of hotel. Standard rooms a little small. Deluxe rooms much better if your budget affords Would be nice to have tea making facilities
Cosy bedroom, very comfortable beds, great staff - very friendly and helpful. Fab breakfast, comfortable bar,
It was the end of January, but the bathroom was freezing! Underfloor heating was not strong enough to warm the bathroom, and no radiator. We showered then dashed into the bedroom to stay warm!
Good breakfast with lots of biological food. Good taste and very nice bread.Perfect location 5 minutes away from the Metro.
Nice chill out area. great comfortable bed (although two twins stuck together). Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
the room was a touch smaller than advertised and the en-suit could do with cleaning their drains (an odour was ever present). Also the room we had was next to a main road (this could cause a problem in summer when windows are open at night).
Frendly staff, good breakfast, fast WIFI
Stylishly furnished hotel with very friendly staff and good attention to detail. Superior room was roomy Evening food was a choice of local takeaways. Piza, sushi etc, cheap and it works really well
Slightly remote from all the sites. V minor quibble
Very good shower and beds, great breakfast. Room quite small but ok.
Room at street side very very noisy in the morning because of traffic noise. A room at the backside I asked for by reservation (3 months earlier) wasn't available. Bathtub had hairs from previous guests
Noisy Lots of spider webs on lamps Staff Pretentious
Quite close to the metro station, very nice staff, well decorated...
Breakfast could be more complete, but was fair anyhow.
staff very helpful,and pleasant.
bit expensive at the bar.
We booked a double room with an additional bed in it, they gave us a corner room which was far smaller than the promised 23 m2, and the additional bed didn't even properly fit in it - we couldn't open the bathroom door without always moving the bed away from the bath door and then back to be able to stept in the room. Breakfast was poor at all. We had a trip throughout Europe and stayed at more than 10 hotels along it, this was the worst of them all, and the most dissapointing. It doesn't deserve the alledged "best boutique hotel of Denmark" as it pretends to be. I've told my unsatisfaction to the staff, they returned some 20% of my money spent on it, but it doesn't cancel the profound dissatisfaction my family experienced in this hotel.
Spacious and stylish lobby /bar area which is unusual these days. Beautiful building
Very small bathroom and some heating issues in room.
