Stylishly furnished hotel with very friendly staff and good attention to detail. Superior room was roomy Evening food was a choice of local takeaways. Piza, sushi etc, cheap and it works really well
Slightly remote from all the sites. V minor quibble
Very good shower and beds, great breakfast. Room quite small but ok.
Room at street side very very noisy in the morning because of traffic noise. A room at the backside I asked for by reservation (3 months earlier) wasn't available. Bathtub had hairs from previous guests
Noisy Lots of spider webs on lamps Staff Pretentious
Quite close to the metro station, very nice staff, well decorated...
Breakfast could be more complete, but was fair anyhow.
staff very helpful,and pleasant.
bit expensive at the bar.
We booked a double room with an additional bed in it, they gave us a corner room which was far smaller than the promised 23 m2, and the additional bed didn't even properly fit in it - we couldn't open the bathroom door without always moving the bed away from the bath door and then back to be able to stept in the room. Breakfast was poor at all. We had a trip throughout Europe and stayed at more than 10 hotels along it, this was the worst of them all, and the most dissapointing. It doesn't deserve the alledged "best boutique hotel of Denmark" as it pretends to be. I've told my unsatisfaction to the staff, they returned some 20% of my money spent on it, but it doesn't cancel the profound dissatisfaction my family experienced in this hotel.
Spacious and stylish lobby /bar area which is unusual these days. Beautiful building
Very small bathroom and some heating issues in room.
Location Homemade bread for breakfast Reception Room/lounge Staff
Room average No attention to detail in the rooms (plugs, wires, paint, furnitures...)
Modern and stylish rooms, speedy internet, ability to control the temperature in the room by turning on/off the heating (a relevant option for winter), abundant breakfast and helpful staff.
A bit isolated from the area with the main city sights, though everything is within the walking distance. For some reason closing for X-mas on December 21 already. A bit overpriced, but ok by Danish standards.
Great breakfast choice. Best home baked bread, particularly rye and pancakes. Staff lovely. Location brilliant, metro 5 mins walk away. Comfortable and spacious but cosy lounge area, fire. Ideal for city break.
Would have been nice to have real glasses and not plastic in room.
Mysig lounge! Fin reception med trevlig personal! Superfin frukostbuffé!
Känslan av standard på rummet var sådär! Badrummet ganska slitet, spricka i handfat och äldre känsla drog ner helhetsupplevelsen!
Staff was quite good - and apologizing! Felt welcome.
The cold wind draft - the non working TV - the wifi preventing me from connecting to my company server
hotel style and atmosphere, breakfast
We loved the style and cleanliness of the hotel not forgetting the lovely toiletries.
The single duvets in our double room.
Nice furnishings, good internet, warm
No tea making facilities in the room.
location comfortable bed live music
pillows are way too soft. had to use 2-3 of them
Breakfast, the room was extremely cosy and comfortable.
Location was a little further than expected but still easy to get to the centre. Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been a huge advantage
Staff are very friendly and welcoming! Attentive too Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Very nice buffet breakfast. Waiting staff very efficient and pleasant .
I have stayed at the Avenueany times . Mostly in a room for two , twin or double. This time I booked a single. It was really small and I felt disappointed by the price I paid. And a little depressed when I first arrived . But I made it 'my own' . It was too expensive for what I got .
The helf and friendly staff, beautifully styled hotel, simple and elegant, delicious endless breakfast and a good distance from KBH centre. We just wish we could've stayed longer (or forever)
Very friendly staff, well organised sense of space, great location.
It grows on you, small but warm, excellent staff, very good breakfast, 5 minutes fm metro, next to bus station, walking distance fm center is a joke you can easily walk in this town, great beds and pillows, excellent temperature inside, very good WiFi
bathroom was clean but not spotless narrow bedroom area nothing interesting in TV
The staff was great, the rooms relatively spacious and the breakfast fantastic. We also loved the ability to rent bikes from reception.
The location is a bit of a walk from the central part of the city and the trendier parts, but with the bike rental, everything was very accessible.
Free parking on-site. Fairly easy walk to downtown.
Extremely small elevator for two people with luggage. Slow clean-up of dirty tables at breakfast.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The lounge was stylish, somewhere you will want to hang out. They made me tea when I wasn't well and allowed it to be brought up to the room. The rooms are comfortable, quite spacious and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection and the room is bright and airy. It is very close to the Metro and it's on a bus route.
It was a good twenty minutes to walk into the city centre, but it is an easy route.
