The helf and friendly staff, beautifully styled hotel, simple and elegant, delicious endless breakfast and a good distance from KBH centre. We just wish we could've stayed longer (or forever)
Very friendly staff, well organised sense of space, great location.
It grows on you, small but warm, excellent staff, very good breakfast, 5 minutes fm metro, next to bus station, walking distance fm center is a joke you can easily walk in this town, great beds and pillows, excellent temperature inside, very good WiFi
bathroom was clean but not spotless narrow bedroom area nothing interesting in TV
The staff was great, the rooms relatively spacious and the breakfast fantastic. We also loved the ability to rent bikes from reception.
The location is a bit of a walk from the central part of the city and the trendier parts, but with the bike rental, everything was very accessible.
Free parking on-site. Fairly easy walk to downtown.
Extremely small elevator for two people with luggage. Slow clean-up of dirty tables at breakfast.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The lounge was stylish, somewhere you will want to hang out. They made me tea when I wasn't well and allowed it to be brought up to the room. The rooms are comfortable, quite spacious and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection and the room is bright and airy. It is very close to the Metro and it's on a bus route.
It was a good twenty minutes to walk into the city centre, but it is an easy route.
excellent breakfast, very friendly staff at the reception
there is no heating in the bathroom
breakfast, nice downstairs lounge area to relax.
see-through curtains, loud noise from the streets, two single beds instead of a double.
Handy to forum metro station and in a quiet area of the city but only a 20 minute walk from the city centre, staff in the hotel very helpful with regards to information on things to do in the city and also the local area, great choice of foodstuffs for breakfast and great coffee,, free drinks in mini bar in our room and excellent wi-fi,, over all a very enjoyable stay in Copenhagen.
not suitable for those unable to walk the 20 minute walk into the city centre although it's a flat walk, bus stop 50 meters from front of hotel.
Very comfy bed
A standard room but still simple things like wiping of the white closet so it's acutally white and repainting the walls isn't much to ask.. Or the one picture they had on the wall wasnt hanging straight. Showerhose was slightly loose on the wall and then plastic mugs! A Disappointment. Carpet with stains. Breakfast ok but not really exciting.
Hotel Staff were excellent and helpful Room was very nice Copenhagen
Shower room wasn't the best
Nice spacious room and interesting design
Strange smell in the room...
One of the best buffet breakfasts we've ever had. beautifully presented. Very comfortable, stylish rooms with lovely bed, linen and bathroom. The staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful.
pleasant helpful staff good breakfast easy walk to city centre quiet room away from street noise relaxing lounge /bar
dinner-takeaway from nearby restaurants available but basic such as sushi, pizza, thai and expensive Room not available when we arrived in the afternoon because they didn't have our Booking.com booking and it was a very full house. They did offer us a free drink while they tried to find us a room which they finally did, but it was very small.
The staff were head and shoulders above the similar experiences we've had so far ...
The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere, especially in the bar and terrace is great and for the most part it's stylish and elegant.
The Danes like plumbing from last millennium, and the bathrooms here are basic, but functional, not what I expect from a boutique hotel and they jar with the rest of the style. My other gripes are no power outlets in the room without unplugging lights, lighting that was pretty useless until you worked it out and no water or glasses in the room, a plastic beaker and sink water is not right in a decent hotel.
The room was very nice. The location of the hotel was fine, easy to walk around (to the lakes or Tivoli, for example). No other noise but traffic.
Our room was facing the street, so the traffic was rather noisy during the morning rush hours (but no problem during the weekend).
Noisy at times, and could hear a lot of noise and banging doors at times when trying to rest. Some of the staff were rather unfriendly. The hotel had a lot going for it but is a bit scruffy (e.g. paint work scruffed off doors and walls) which let it down
Room 108 huge and beautiful period features; cosy lounge area; fabulous breakfast; very helpful staff; bus to city center very close by; outdoor garden area very nice.
not too many restaurants nearby but we dined in the Greek which was very good and reasonable.
Very nice room, excellent breakfast, comfortable public area.
The whole experience was very positive and the front desk staff were extremely accommodating.
There was nothing we didn't like.
We had a very comfortable big room overlooking the courtyard. Reception helpful and young and enthusiastic. The bed was very comfortable, lovely cotton sheets changed every day. The breakfast was plentiful and OK , not delicious but certainly enough. The downstairs lounge was welcoming plenty of room if you wanted to sit and read and plan your day.
It was further from the centre than indicated and the buses are not that frequent. We had to allow at least 20-25 minutes travelling to get to the centre museums, shops etc. There were not many good cafes and restaurants really near again we had to travel…Otherwise it was a really nice hotel.
This hotel was a pleasure to stay at, breakfast best ever, staff top rated, beds very comfortable, bus over the street into the city.
Great staff, spacious comfortable room. Nice breakfast.
slightly out of town, not much
Nice hotel near to Forum Metro Station. Open buffet breakfast with a lot of alternatives. Helpful and kind staff.
Very small bathroom
