I did like the design of the hotel and the terrace into the garden. It was little bit like to be home Yes the dining area was really tight. It would be very nice to feel to take long brekfast but it was very busy and I felt like I needed to rush. Also the rooms are quit small. |

The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, nice touch, attention to details. It is also well located for travelling, close to the railway station, but close to the city centre as well. My room was very quiet and had a balcomy, which may be of better use in summer, but still nice to have. Next time I need to keep some time for experience of the spa. The breakfast was delicious. The management should instruct the staff serving the breakfast not to take a break and sit down to have breakfast when the guests are yet there and the breakfast is not closed for guests. |

The location is good, as it is located near the central station and you can access to many interesting spots in COH easily. Staff are very friendly and nice and amenities are well prepared, such as shanpoo, conditioner, body shanpoo, body lotion and cottons. It would be much better if each room has bathtub. Maybe it is because I am Japanese. I think beds are small for some rooms. |

Besides an incredible staff who are very helpful...and the also incredible evening meal / breakfast....the location is so good for convenience to train station, shopping and getting around downtown Copenhagen. I stay at this hotel if possible any time I am in the city!!! Like all hotels in Copenhagen, they are expensive. But, that is not unique to this hotel, and if I have to pay that much for a hotel this is worth it. |

Very good decor and modern concept. Was better than the average business hotel as the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Staff were responsive to an early arrival and looked after us generally very well. The advertising material for the spa was a little too clever in that it gave the impression of a larger facility and notably a pool. In addition, my partner, who is pregnant, was only advised after we paid for the spa for her that the main facilities were not suitable - so we wasted €30. Nevertheless, the spa does provide a good facility for those that can enjoy it. |

The staff was very friendly and service minded, and the room was very cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cramp. |

I appreciated the 'green credentials' of the hotel and the relaxed atmosphere The room was a little hot and the temperature was difficult to control, The double bed was two singles together. |

The room that I booked wasn't double room at all....I had to pay 250 DKK difference per day to switch to a double room. Howcome booking.com or hotel sold me that single as a double room? The room that I swtiched was cozy and nice. |

Everything organic. Nice rooms. Good restaurent at the hotel. Everything as the should be, or better! Very central location, but a quite dodgy neighborhood. You have to pay extra (3€/24h) for internet access. |

It is the most expensive and worst hotel I have never been in my entire life. The hotel Hilton was cheaper and as you can imagine much better. The staff was useless and the breakfast was shit. |

location and access. standard double front rooms are very noisy. we didn't appreciate that there are no standard rooms at the back. It seems back rooms are more expensive (extra 200KR per night requested to change room) |

The people are accessible and I was well received. The use of the superior bed was not so comfortable for me. It was difficult to turn off the lights. Considering that I was alone and I am not so young, I would prefer to stay in the inferior bed. |

i have stayed at this hotel over the last 2 years many times - feels like i am coming home by now - the staff always very nice - relaxed and accomodating - the food as well in the evening by Daniel the chef is always great !! fresh food - lots of veg .. great value for this city... i can only say that i do prefer the regular rooma not the bunk bed rooms -they are cheaper but the other rooms have such lovely comfy beds it is worth paying the extra i think |

We had comfy bunk beds and a patio. The staff was rude, they would not let me see the spa before paying $40 to use it. We were near strip clubs, heroin dealers, and prostitutes on the streets. |

Dining room service was casual but excellent. The food was great and healthy and the free glass of red wine I had with dinner was absolutely tops. |
