The fruit basket at the front door is a lovely touch. The courtyard with the fire and blankets is lovely and cosy.
The bathroom towels...
I loved my room even though it was small. Too bad I was not able to eat that lovely breakfast. Lovely to come "home" to this place.
Ambiance, beer, food, rain shower, coziness.
The room was on the small side but for an overnight stop it was just fine.
The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The rooms were gorgeous, staff friendly, excellent facilities - it was wonderful
ambiance. lovely and caring breakfast with a little bit different approach...the Guldsmeden approach.
Very good breakfast but a bit expensive. Very nice to have free tea in the lobby The hotel smelled good Ecological products
The sauna should be free for guests like in most nordic hotels. If you have to take mobey for it 50kr would be more proper. The bath was not properly cleaned. Walls and roof in particular. The breakfast room was too small and we experienced having to wait for table.
Interesting decor, clean rooms, great service, superb location, friendly staff
Rooms a bit small but adequate
Location is good. Nice interior. Good beds.
- Bath room with "open" bath tub for shower - but not even a floor towel to put on - have to use the only towels we've got... - Cold day - so hoped to use the Sauna - but this area was 600 DKK - horrendous... - WiFi was free - but very very slow...
Loved the stay here, great atmosphere, lovely rooms and the spa was great. Buffet breakfast was delicious too with lots of options
Wifi was weak in our room
The staff were beyond friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, a strength in a city with weak morning meals. Great price.
Rooms are a bit small. The minifridge hadn't been restocked from the last guest.
Staff was great! breakfast was too and the location excellent!
Parking, elivator, small bathroom, small room.
The hotel was lovely and had great facilities. Its main playing card was its location right next to lots of really good restaurants, the train station and the center of town.
The only thing was that the room at night got up to about 40 degrees but with it being so cold outside and the window opened it was lovely.
- Spa facilities - ecological concept of hotel - breakfast buffet - free tea and coffee at bar (self-service)
Beware the extra costs!!! Everything comes at an extra (hefty) charge, be it the use of the spa, breakfast or even taking the bikes they have for the guests
Good location, pleasant staff and overall vibe. Standard single room was tiny but clean and inviting. The hotel has an eco-profile that seems genuine.
There was no hot water in the shower, that´s a deal breaker in this hotel´s price range.
Location mostly Treatment of the hosts and facilities were reasonable
Expensive breakfast - not worth as many options available near by
Lovely room & comfortable bed.
Breakfast expensive if not inclusine which ours was not so. It is very good but I would not have booked if I had realised breakfast was extra!! No tea-making facilities in the room was a shame....I would have liked to have been able to be given a small kettle etc to be able to make tea or coffee in the room
The organic breakfast, the spa, the service, the fruits in the entrance, the shower gel, the room's style and also everything is recycled.
The bike were really expensive and they should have a price for hour. Dirty clothes in the lower ground floor in the way to go to the spa.
- Cosy atmosphere - Everything very clean and nicely designed - Friendly staff - Location is great (5 min from Central Station, 5 minutes to restaurant/nightlife area, 10 minutes to city centre) - Comfy bed - Lovely lounge, could have stayed there for hours
- Standard room was very small - Slightly too sustainable (though I am generally a huge fan/supporter) - everything was organic (even scrubby towel, toilet paper), every single light had to be switched on and off by itself (generally rather dark, so in order to see you had to really switch on several lights) - Most things that are usually included in 4* hotels had to be paid extra - breakfast (with 30 CHF/25 Euros quite expensive), SPA, bike rentals etc. - Some noise level from the street but not too bad
Friendly helpful staff Help-yourself coffee
Overpriced breakfast No romm to store clothes etc in room
The lounging area The help yourself tea and coffee
4 poster bed is too big for the room Could do with tea and coffee making facilities in room
You have to pay to use the spa facilities and that is not clear
Beautiful decor, very cosy. Beds were very comfortable and the spa was lovely, especially after a long day on our feet in the city. Staff were uniformly helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is really quite expensive and there isn't much of a restaurant if you want dinner at the hotel in the evening.
Location Staff frendliness Comfort Breakfast :)
nice concept and great comfortable bed, very well located
the room was too small neither the breakfast nor the spa was included
