Excellent staff at this pleasant hotel in Copenhagen!
Parking may be difficult
Very comfortable rooms. Good location. Loved the hotel decor
No tea or coffee facilities in room. WiFi patchy
Staff - however nobody came up with solution or gesture after really bad experience
Worn out mattress Really bad shower Spa not open in morning Staff in big groups having breakfast in restaurant
Sustainable/Environmental elements all integrated into facilities, services etc. Great healthy breakfast buffet & adjacent bistro-restaurant.
Bit noisy due to wooden floor
This is really a very lovely, personal, cosy hotel! I greatly enjoyed my stay. It's the kind of place you feel at home. Highly recommended!
Great location for centre and attractions, good food, service and excellent wifi
Really nice rooms, hip feel and seemingly better than the competition at this price point
The nice room with a ecological type of style. Warm and cosy. Focus on ecological products. Good location quite close to the touristic parts of Copenhagen. Quiet area.
Very cold in the bathroom (room 120), floor heating not working all the time. Staff not interested in you as a guest. Hard to understand who was staff; no profile clothing or name badge.
not the usual bland hotel and eco friendly
showers are very weak - but that does save water and this is an eco friendly hotel
Hotel has a story, it has style and it has really welcoming staff...
It was so good we were tempted not to bother with sightseeing!
The central location of the hotel The SPA at the roof top The general philosophy of a sustainable tourism
The prices for food (small portions for the price but at least good quality) The quality of the staff and their service - it is nice to meet cool staff but it should not prevent them to be professional The cleaning was not great (there was a lot of dust on the floor) - it was not disgusting at all but for the category, more attention to details could have been paid.
The location is superb with clean and comfy room
the wifi is so weak that I have to stand at the door for internet connection.
cosy good breakfast easy to reach with public transport
The bed was the comfiest we've ever slept in. The interior of the whole hotel is very tasteful
The wifi in the room was so slow you could barely use it. Only place it really worked was in the lobby
Decor, staff, food and location.
WiFi on 5th floor didn't work, but was good in common areas and computers/printer were provided in reception.
Location (galleries, design stores, park and other sights) Comfort Value for money
The hotel is excellent in every way. It's staffed with a team of efficient fun people who will do all they can to make your stay perfect. Kim not only looked after 15 hen party girls who descended on the hotel for lunch he also gave up his free time to give us an inpromptu guided trip to see The Mermaid. We can only thank you for a fabulous time and look forward to returning to your hotel very soon.
Contemporary interior with enough room to store luggage (in the "superior" room), a good desk to work at, a couch and chair and even a little balcony. The bathroom was charming with welcoming floor heating. Very eco-friendly: all little treats (shampoo, creme, conditioner, soap) were in refillable bottles. Breakfast also had no little plastic containers. Breakfast roomw as really cosy, and all food offered looked very delicious. Location is close to some prime spots (little mermaid, castle), in a very expensive environment though. WLan was free and worked very well.
Small things only: Breakfast was a hefty 25 € extra, very good though. Choice of tea was limited to one (black).
Comfortable room, nice bar area and chose to everything you need in Copenhagen
noise from the street add my room was in the main road. No problem if you keep the windows closed but I don't!
Insatisfactory relation quality-prize Not very empathic treatment
The hotel is brand new and the bedroom was comfortable. Great breakfast. Nice and helpful staff.
The hotel is conveniently located with the Amalienborg Palace, Nyhaven & the little mermaid within walking distance. It has a cosy bar & there are nice restaurants around the Kongens Nytorv area.
The room & bathroom were small & the shower pressure was not very strong.
Although not everyone at the reception was 'patiently friendly'. There was enough helpful, friendly, sincere few that make the stay very special!
The hotel is very stylish and comfortable, the staff very efficient and attentive. The food and drinks are all organic and locally sourced, and the restaurant is cosy and has a lovely vibe. Location is great, just away from the busy touristy centre yet within easy reach from main attractions, just opposite a park and fortress, near the water and the mermaid.
Good location, Nice staff, great but expensive breakfast.
A bit too warm in the hotel.
