Opened in May 2014, this central hotel is just 270 yards from Kongens Nytorv. It has free Wi-Fi and modern rooms with private bathrooms. Strøget and Nyhavn are both within a 5-minute walk.
Score from 1821 reviews Very good
Good location, quiet, very laid back, lovely room (good view on 5th floor). Recommended.
Central location, interesting decor, extensive choice of top quality breakfast, very friendly staff.
The bedroom was too cluttered - bits of furniture and lighting chosen for appearance with little thought to how they would fit in the room. The 4-poster bed was pretty - but the drapes blocked all view of the TV. "Wetroom" was badly designed and the floor was soon awash after a shower.
The good location, comfort bed, good decoration
Decor, friendly, relaxed hotel.
Very poor shower water pressure.
Room size and decor Really comfortable bed Reliable wifi Very helpful and friendly staff
We loved the decor of the hotel. The rooms were fairly small but cozy and well decorated. Loved the fact that the park was just across the street. A good place to have a short morning run or an evening walk.
The bathroom had a lack of space to put personal toiletries. It would be nice to have another small bottle of shower gel in the shower instead of just one at the wash basin.
Very nice room (junior suite) Great location
Breakfast was not included
The ecological theme Decor Bathroom Spa products Comfortable bed
Limited menu Few restaurants in the vicinity
good position helpful english speaking staff
a little cramped expensive but I guess that was the reality of Copenhagen
The decor, the spa, the location
Not very "attuned" service. Cozy bed, but very odd layout in room - no closet, etc. Friendly but not very helpful service.
The location is very nice
The room was very small, with almost no floor surface.
Decoration, cosyness, originality
Breakfast not included in price
Good location, good price. Interesting looking hotel. Staff nice, some more helpful than others, but did their best.
Everything was extra. Not just breakfast, but even to go into their lounge was extra. Also, everything was slightly uncomfortable, especially in the bathroom. Looked good, but didn't necessarily work well. For example, faucet too small for the sink. Shower cramped and oddly shaped. Etc.
friendly and helpful staff, individua l style but still easy for work
Style Staff location
We loved the location - easy to walk or take the bus. I nice boutique hotel. The decor was different from the usual chain or big hotels and that was nice. The breakfast was tasty.
The rooms are quite small which was ok as we were only staying two nights before a cruise but for a longer stay might be difficult. The bathroom was teeny-weeny! Hard for my 6'2" husband to take a shower.
new and well-appointed hotel in a great location in city center
Rooms quite small and poor sound proofing windows ... at night can be annoying noise of the street below
The bedding and pillows were really comfy and the overall feel / design of the room was lush with a lots of attention to detail, blending contemporary with more traditional elements. We had a superior room which was a good size with a separate seating area including Apple Mac computer and good access to wifi. The bathroom also had a number of features including granite style bath. We enjoyed the location of the hotel - slightly away from the centre but close to other areas of interest. We would definitely stay again.
Like other folk the breakfast felt over priced and this discouraged us from using as much as we would have liked. Bikes are also available to rent but we would have preferred the option of a half day rental rather than the full daily rate.
good location near kopenhagens design shops beautifully decorated rooms organic breakfast and delicious meals very friendly service in the restaurant by a greek service man
the receptionist was not very friendly and could have smiled a little bit none of the staff offered help when my wife tried to come down the stairs with the baby buggy food orders in the restaurant took too long
Location opposite park, the decor of the room and hotel (cow skin elevator is a bit weird), toiletries, Eco friendly / organic materials and products. The rooms were quiet, at least on the back side of the hotel.
Staff were very friendly but not very useful; they happily told us they don't know the answer to our basic tourist questions, such as where to buy train tickets, but they smiled the whole time and were very friendly.
The location was perfect, walking distance to the main hustle and bustle The toiletries were lovely too.
The front of house staff wasn't overly friendly. The bathroom is tiny with only space for one person at a time We had a standard double room and there is hardly any room around the 4 poster bed
Staff, decor, atmosphere, bed, bar, location, bedroom storage, quiet bedroom at the back of the hotel
nothing really, but if pressed would say that the bedroom (115) was a bit cramped
location walking distance from everything, nice room and bathroom, clean, nice design of the room. Comfortable beds.
We were lucky with warm summer weather in Copenhagen but unfortunately the room was extremely warm and really needed air-conditioning. There is a fan but it doesn't make it cooler.
Well located, we took the train from the airport and got out at the station that is a 5 minute walk. It was very easy to walk into town and there were nice cafes nearby. The staff were very friendly & the lobby area was cosy & nice to sit in & sip a cup of tea.
Room was facing the street which was noisy when the window was open. This can be a problem in the summer. The staff at the reception desk told me that I could have asked for a room facing the courtyard which would have been quieter.
The room (a double) was on then 5th floor with stunning views over the city. The bed was very comfortable and the chic bathroom felt like a mini spa. The room was airy and spacious due in part to the clever layout. Breakfast was delicious! We walked straight over the road in the morning to the park and harbour to see the little Mermaid and begin a day of sightseeing.
Only a minor criticism .....the drapes on the 4-poster bed obscure full viewing of the TV.
