Best Western Bel Air Copenhagen

Anche se nella prenotazione era specificata l'assenza della colazione,in realtà era inclusa, e ne siamo stati contenti.

Se non si è muniti di auto, il centro, è un pò difficile da raggiungere (7/8 km). Ci sono un paio di autobus che passano ( il 30 e il 35 ) che portano vicino ad una stazione metro, quindi è necessario prenderla per potersi avvicinare ancora. I mezzi costano molto a Copenhagen, e la città, si può girare bene a piedi o in bici. La stazione metro più vicina è quella dell'aereoporto, sono circa 2,5 km a piedi e il biglietto costa quasi 10 euro perchè rientra nella quarta zona (l'ultima).

It is a nice hotel. Nice breakfast. Just 10 min to the airport by taxi.

The only problem it is to get the hotel or move to the airport.I tried to arrive to the hotel by public transportation (around 23 dkk), however it was so complicated that I finished paying a taxi (110 dkk), Next day I also had to take a taxi because the staff told me that by bus from the hotel to the airport takes around 45 min!! So, I paid 98 dkk more. So if you want to safe money, this is not an opcion for you.

Very close to the Airport and very helpfull staff

The staff was plesant and even one could speak my language (Icelandic) which is rare.

I could not open a window in my room, so the air was stale when I opened the door.

No restaurant or bar at weekends - as a traveller using this hotel as an overnight stay ready to travel from Copenhagen Airport the description states >>Visit the hotel’s new Italian restaurant, Brasserie Belvedere and enjoy a magical dinner in beautiful surroundings. The restaurant closes at weekends and the “Bar” is a small fridge with glass door behind reception serving bottled alcohol? This was a most disappointing stay and I would doubt I would stay here again or at any best Western hotel as I cannot rely on the information provided about the hotel or facilities. the person at the reception did not have ouer reservation but we got a standard room but we paid for a superior room

The staff were very professional. I arrived late, and had to interact with them quite a lot: iron+board, phone not working (cable dislodged), not able to get on wifi (my software blocking), wake-up call, car hire booking (they booked for me), etc. All in the space of the few hours I was there - they were courteous, efficient, friendly, patient. In short - professionals. A pleasure! Breakfast buffet was good, including a hot selection, which isn't always the case at this price.. Very close to airport. (10 min and 7 euros by taxi)

Choice of tv channels limited - I believe I only saw BBC world in English.

Nice staff, good breakfast. Close to the airport, but far from the city center.

Cleaning could be better. The ventilation of the room is poor. Only a small window can be opened and that one is provided with a wooden blind that can not be opened.

on the day i was there the room was cold and the room was a non smoking room but the smell of smoke was annoying

Reception staff helpful, restaurant very good both in evening and at breakfast.

Cost of room is high but that is typical of hotels in Copenhagen, not a cheap city to live!
