De korting die we hebben gehad naar aanleding van onze klachten Er is geen restaurant en/of bar momenteel verder geen lift dus voor mensen die problemen hebben zich te verplaatsen is dit erg lastig ontbijtbuffet is in de basement en alleen bereikbaar via de trap |

the staff were pleasant and helpful,and answered all question i asked on the day i was there the room was cold and the room was a non smoking room but the smell of smoke was annoying |

The restaurant was good. The staff were professional and helpful. It was noisy and the internet service was not good. No elevator to get to upper floors. |

Reception staff helpful, restaurant very good both in evening and at breakfast. Cost of room is high but that is typical of hotels in Copenhagen, not a cheap city to live! |

Nice, clean charming hotel in 5 min distance from airport and about 15-20 min from Cental station and City by bus (number 30, bus stop opposite the hotel). Good tasty breakfast, kind friendly staff. |

An overnight airport hotel.The friendly staff and reasonable dining facilities The room was out of date, tired furnishings and lack of ability to open up to fresh air - unusually the outside temperature was 28c. |

The friendliness, attention to detail and general helpfulness of the staff. Best I've come across in quite a while. The rooms were jaded and not as clean (bathroom) as I would have expected. |

The hotel staff did give me a varm welcome, checked for wake-up and taxi services during my check-in. Pretty low/old standard.. But the room was clean and ok.I did get a good night sleep, and a nice brekfast. |

This is a basic hotel and you get waht you pay for. Phone in the room did not work. Remote for TV did not work. Plug for wash basin was missing. Room was also basic, but clean. Breakfast was continental. |

The reception officer who looked like an english lord also behaved like one ! he was the most helpful and polite receptionist I have ever met in any hotel around the world - and there's been plenty of them !! Actually not - the given points above should tell you that ! |

Convenient for access to motorway. Onsite parking. Restaurant closed on a Sunday evening. WiFi did not work in my room. Too much street noise from panel next to window. |
