Free beverages and sandwiches. I made my reservation after reading the reviews on the site and I found it wise to ask not to have a room with a window to the corridor. That was 6 months ago prior my stay there. I had an early morning flight from cph and I needed to catch a good night sleep. I say again: that was 6 months ago!!! The hotel ignored my only request. The whole hotel is stinking and dusty, my room didn't include air conditioning and the only window was facing the corridor so breathing was a difficult thing to do, not to mention sleeping - that was also interrupted by a group of visitors that decided to have a drink (and a loud talk) outside of my window up until 1:00am. If that's not enough, the shower must have been in use for 20 years, because the water was sprayed out from the shower head all over and the shower booth was too small so I couldn't shut the curtain. Wouldn't recommend this hotel, even for half the price. Maybe not even for free.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hotel Bel Air. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was very pleasant with fresh flowers on the table and a nice assortment of food and beverages. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel room looked rather old and stuck in the 70's. Bed and breakfast werd good. Walking to the airport is app. 25 minutes. The same as taking bus 35.

We were three adults. We were not told by Booking.Com that one bed would be a cot. We expected three proper beds when we asked for a triple room. We had some difficulty finding the hotel. Driving directions were not very accurate. On the plus side, Alexander, the receptionist, was most kind, saw the room being offered was much too small for three people staying three nights, and upgraded us to a larger accommodation.

Well equipped room. Nice new bathroom. Free carparking. Breakfast plentiful. Public transport to the city centre takes some time and switches. Although still very usable. Hotel Bel air should supply info on best routes/lines and tickets.

Close to the airport (3.4 km by taxi). Good for staying one night before plane departure. There is nothing around. It is located in a residential area without shops and restaurants. The only restaurant is at the hotel but it doesn't have a wide choice of food.

Location close to the airport. Good help from the staff (change of room, taxi) A room full of mosquitos. Noise fra pipes and other guest during the night. (old installations and thin walls) Poor maintance of the rooms.

Good location, nice and comfortable room,special design, nice and very helpfull staff in the reception. Free parking. Free coffe and tea in the lobby bar. Small bathroom, bad shower. Breakfast was awful! Guests should ask even to bring some bread! No napkins, no spoons...Strange. We thought that the hotel's administration needs to pay attention to the staff in the restaurant in the morning.

The location was good if travelling from Copenhagen Airport. The room was not of a very good standard, the curtains were hanging of the supports, a lot of areas around the window frame needed re-painting as paint had flaked off. The carpet looked like it could do with being changed as it did not look very clean.

I liked the personal special attention from all the staff, they really care so much about what the costumer need or how they are feeling. they should have a bar open in nights or some kind of night entertaiment,

The continental breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. I requested for a non-smoking room and was given a "non-smoking room". But there was a strong smell of cigarette in the room and there was even an ashtray in the room! Also I had to pay extra for the use of my credit card. Would appreciate a mini fridge in the room, if posssible.

Proximity to the airport. I stayed in room 31 and was very disappointed with my room. The curtains did not close properly and there was a constant stream of light coming into my bedroom from the opposite corridor, which meant I did not sleep well.

The room was big The window was onto a corridor so the light was on all night and people moved both sides of the room all night. I have stayed in cheaper hotels better located either for the city or the airport. Not the best.
