The place, the garden, the silence Bernstorff palace should warn in the website about the fact that breakfast is in another building. I had crutches and I had to cross a garden twice - to make breakfast and to pay. They do not assist with some electrict chair or anything to cover this distance. I did not enjoy the person at the welcome desk: smiling like an authomatic machine, but not friendly. I asked twice for assistance and I have got the same sentence repeated twice, with an automatic smile.

The 'flair'. It is not your usual travel hotel. It is a park, a castle and probably stables renovated into conference center and hotel. Stayed only one night, so couldn't explore as much as I would want. Great breakfast. Great stuff. The room are on the 'smaller' side, the building (stables?) is older, but the room are nice and clean. No elevators, so be aware if you have a lot of luggage, you will have to carry it up - I was on the second (top) floor and the stair are rather steep and not deep.

Känslan, det var lugnt och behagligt, trevlig personal! Ingen hiss till rummet, som låg på översta våningen. Dålig frukost med mycket litet utbud.

Lang vej fra receptionen og til værelserne og tilbage igen - ville hjælpe hvis receptionen lå sammen med værelserne, eller værelserne blev flyttet til slottet :)

morgenkomplet i hovedbygningen for stor afstand til værelsesfløjen. Man "glemte" at informere om, at værelserne ikke er i hovedbygningen.

Værelserne gode godt med el-kedel på værelset. Rigtig god seng og sengetøj. Fint med badeprodukter. Fantastisk morgenmad. Bruseren var ikke go enten en stråle eller stikkende - kunne ikke finde en hårtørrer. Lidt svært at finde receptionen bedre skiltning.

Idyllerisk beliggenhed med fred og ro og mulighed for at gå tur i park og skov. Stort, rent værelse. Fjernsynet virkede ikke. Det skrev intet signal på alle kanaler.

Beliggenheden Da vi ankom fik vi udleveret ét nøglekort til døren. Der var ingen der fortalte os, at vi også skulle bruge kortet for at komme ind i den bygning som værelserne er i, så vi gik rundt omkring bygningen , og forsøgte at finde nogen at spørge hvor værelsesbygningen egentlig var, for alle døre var låst. Endelig kom en ung sød pige og parkerede på P-pladsen, hun kunne så fortælle os, at vi også skulle bruge kortet for at låse os ind på værelsesbygningen. Den nøglesliske som vi skulle bruge, sad på siden af indgangspartiet, og var derfor ikke oplagt at få øje på. vi så også andre som ikke kunne finde det.
