check out 11am no reception after 12pm poor service no value for money tiny rooms bad smell in room
The owner, a great character The breakfast room, the bread The comfy bed Nice decor
No parking. Tiny elevator stops on landing between floors, so you need to drag your bags down steps.
Building Furnishings Breakfast
Road noise (at front) Brusque guy on the desk when we arrived
decor spacious room
breakfast not included poor wifi - virtually unusable steps up to elevator - awkward
Staff very friendly, the best breakfast we've had at a hotel, particulalry the homemade banana bread.
Hotel room was very hot so couldn't sleep well, our "garden view" faced onto the lift shaft. Other rooms had better aspects and were bigger, so lesson learned was don't go with first room offered.
Lot better than expected..
nice toiletries and nice overall style of the hotel
room was a bit small and with window to the street quite noisy
Quiet and comfortable, and it was fun talking to the staff about the city and culture.
Our bathroom sink was clogged, and our stay was so brief that we didn’t get to enjoy it being unclogged. But the staff were kind, and responsive about the problem!
Old furniture. Bed. Fruits in the lobby. Breakfast! Garden. Curtains.
A little space in the room. Noise from the street. Chair made of cow-skin... Non existant/slow wi-fi. No shelf in the shower.
friendly and helpful staff, awesome breakfast, organic food, organic shampoo and body lotion, bikes for rent
Room was beautiful Nikolas was greta host Great breakfast Good location
Would have preferred a shower to a bath
The ace in the pack is the owner (Nikolas) - lovely gentleman who is available to give valuable rec. of restaurants, places to see, etc. Very small room but clean & tidy. Breakfast was good. Liked that it was walking distance to main points of interest and loved that there are huge parklands only 1 km away where you can run or walk.
Perhaps room a little small and lack of cupboard space, also no room to put your personal toiletries.
The staff was wonderful so friendly and helpful. Rooms were light and airy( although somewhat small). But very comfortable.
Only two complaints. Better coffee and better pillows, please!
Stylish decor, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff
No hot drink facility in room, WiFi bandwidth not good enough for streaming radio.
Great service and knowledge of local restaurants and local attractions. Support in making reservations. Decent size room.
Absence of breakfast included in the price. Hiring bikes was also an extra cost. Small bathrooms!
Location, staff, breakfast
Not suitable for business traveler standard not upp too date
I loved it all, but....
No telephone in the room, and very few (1) plug points for charging phones and computers
The hotel was lovely. The room was clean and stylish, and the bathroom toiletries were great. I only had dealings with one member of staff. He was nice but not overly friendly unlike the rest of the people in the city who I thought were lovely.
Breakfast wasn't included in the room rate so I can't comment on that aspect, although the charge should you have wanted to add it seemed rather expensive, as I expect would be the case for most hotels. So I didn't. The location was fine for me, although about a 15 to 20 minute walk into the city centre, therefore not good for the lazier traveller. There are lifts, but you also still need to use stairs which wasn't ideal for carrying my heavy suitcase.
Cozy, eco-friendly, nice location and friendly helpful staff. And then there is the BREAKFAST. Delicious, with huge range of food to choose.
Amazing boutique hotel with great staff and a convenient location. Rooms have modern decor and are very comfortable.
Well located if you want to live in Vesterbro.
Bad service, rude staff
The hotel is in a very hip part of town, near the bars, restaurants & shopping of both Vesterbro and Frederiksberg. There is a bus stop literally right in front of the hotel door. The rooms are smallish, but nicely appointed and surprisingly quiet even when facing the street (we were on the 4th floor). There is an elevator (although it stops between floors, so you still have to take stairs for a little bit, but not too bad). The bed and pillows were very comfy and decent water pressure in the shower. The staff was incredibly helpful and even stored something for us for a week before our arrival. We also really appreciated the two sets of curtains (one = blackout for sleeping, other = more diaphanous for letting in daylight).
The WiFi is free, but every time you come back (after being out), you have to log in again. Kind of annoying. We did not have the breakfast (didn't pay for it), but the price seemed pretty high for what was offered. Especially since there is a cafe on the corner and other restaurants within walking distance with better fare.
Everything was simply perfect, just a little fridge would have been a plus. Would like to stay there one more time with great pleasure! Tak!
Found it rather hard to get up in the morning to go sightseeing as the bed was by far too comfy:)
Helpfull staff Great locaiton Warm cosy feel to it Small and boutique Great food
Small rooms and tiny bathroom Not great cleaning of rooms Quite pricey for breakfast
