the staff were very helpful and friendly...and the breakfast was amazing! the bathroom in our room was a very small with no ventilation which made it a bit stuffy and the floor would get dangerously wet |

the interior design , the breakfasts were very good,staff very friendly who speak good english, very convenient for city and bus stop just outside,hiring bicycles from the hotel bathroom extractor did not work/we hired bicycles from hotel,but suspected that we paid more than the going rate to do so,but it was very convenient |

The proprietors were very welcoming & helpful. We asked for a room away from the road when booking, but as this was not possible we were put on the top floor as far up & away from the street as we could be, which was helpful in noise reduction. The street is quite a main street & hence has many dining options close to hand. The lift was behaving temperamentally during our stay (understandably as the hotel is in an old building), however this could be a problem for anyone who has trouble with lots of stairs or having to carry their case up them. Prices in Copenhagen are certainly pretty steep in general, but I did think that the price we paid was a bit more than what the room was worth. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed relaxing in the breakfast area after a busy day sight seeing. The hotel is a convenient location in a residential area. |

cosy atmoshere, wonderful breakfast, nice room, very nice personel and a fine start to visit the city centre. parkingadvice from hotel: expensive 24 hrs garage 10 dk an hour (15 euro a night). advice from man on street: take the Enghavelei (1,5 km), cross railwaybridge and you can park for free. |

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was great having the number 6A bus stop right outside the hotel - to go into town or to the train station. The room, while cute, was definitely on the smaller side. Also, be aware that if you pick the bath option, there is no shower in the room. The breakfast was fine, but expensive for what it was. |

We most enjoyed the organic breakfast with selected (not too much) and delicious ingredients in a warm atmosphere. The only thing (but not really a downside) was that the room was very small. It almost consisted of the bed;-) |

The staff at Bertrams were terrific, they were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and the breads and pastries looked like they were straight out of the oven. Another nice feature was that tea and coffee was available throughtout the day at no charge. The bedroom was stylish and although I had booked a superior single it was larger than the "doubles" at other hotels have stayed. Location was the only downside to the hotel, it's a ten minute brisk walk into the centre of Copenhagen. |

The breakfast was amazing! Gourmet! The elevator set up in between the floors and it's very inconvinient to drag the luggage upstairs or downstairs in order to take the elevator.Shower cabin has no closure, so water splashes all over the tiny bathroom. |

We liked the garden courtyard for relaxing in after a busy day, and the bus stop right at the front of the hotel was very convenient. Complementary coffee and tea throughout the day was an added treat especially with an organic bakery right next door. The ritual of the "welcome drink" (a glass of wine or a beer) was also a very nice touch. Breakfast was not as "gourmet" as we expected. Would have preferred a "Continental Breakfast" option at this hotel. |

Excellent reception staff. Eco friendly ideals. Well situated on bus route for Central Station/Tivoli and airport if you buy through ticket on the bus which can then be used on the train. Only 15minute walk into central Copenhagen from Hotel. Complimentary coffee available at reception all day. Small but pleasant balcony in room overlooking courtyard. If not included in deal breakfast a little basic for the cost. |

This is a very lovely little hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. The design elements were delightful, the staff were fantastically helpful and the whole place had a 'homey' feel (albeit a very rich, well-designed home!). The beds were super-comfortable, the toiletries in the bathrooms smelled gorgeous - their own organic brand - and the breakfast spread was superb. We had a room at the back and found it very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to experience the delights of Copenhagen, which is a wonderful city! |
