Staff were very friendly when I arrived. Recommended a restaurant that would still be open and offered a welcoming drink (organic beer). Quiet, friendly, and comfortable. |

Clean, comfortable hotel. Nicely decorated in a colonial style. Wooden floors. All comfort present: minibar, flat screen tv, hair dryer, wireless internet. Surprising in many little details: e.g. organic shower creams and shampoo, organic limonades in the mini bar together with the traditional drinks. Very comftable bed. I had a very nice stay. A little far from the city centre: about 20 minutes walk to Tivoli which is at the east side of the city centre. Quit noisy road in front of the hotel, which makes sleeping with an open window in hot summer nights unpleasant (no airconditioning). Expensive breakfast if not included in a prebooked package. The standard single roam was on the border of being too small. |

Hotel was cozy and clean. Within walking distance to Tivoli and restaurants and bars. Our room was quiet and clean and the balcony was a wonderful place to have an afternoon cocktail. |

the location is quite good, not far from the centre, the breakdfast was pricy but quite nice. The room is quite small, and we did not have the promised 4 poster bed, and the room was very warm without the heating. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful - really impressive. The rooms were small, but very comfortable,. Just what I needed. The rooms facing the street can be noisy (although the double glazing does help a lot) and the floor of the bathroom gets flooded every time you shower. |

Room decour and design was excellent, breakfast was very good if a little expensive and the staff were very friendly. A longer walk from the station than we expected. |

The best i liked is king bed and homemade yogurt:) Actually very nice , cute hotel! I will come again! last summer there were white, soft slippers - this spring unfortunately not((((( - this was very nice thing to have during the stay - would like to have it again:)))There is no tea spot in the room - that's is not nice - sometimes you want to have just tea in your room without paying for each cup. |

When I first saw my beautiful room I was so excited about staying in Copenhagen. The four poster bed, the view over the rooftops, the little design features like the starched sashes hanging from the bed all impressed me initially. The hotel continued to draw me in with the dleicious all organic breakfast and warm and friendly atmosphere. The lift was built before the hotel and so stops in between floors. This means a few steps up or down with your suitcase. Not a big deal unless you're elderly or not strong. |

It's a haven of relaxed comfort in the middle of busy Copenhagen. Every detail is perfect, staff great and the ecologic breakfast to die for. |

Very friendly employees! We also liked the style of the historic building, the furniture and the neighbourhood. Our room on the fifth floor had a beautiful view and almost an Montmartre ambiance! The hotel is a great place to stay in Copenhagen! Some minor maintenance failures (curtain and lamp not fixed) - which is not acceptable in a hotel labeled with four stars. The normal prices are too high (we were profiting by a weekend reduction!). Guest have to pay the credit card fees extra without any advance warning. Location is not very central (but no problem with bus stop just in front of the hotel). |

Staff and food fantastic. A real sense of "hygge" was achieved. We especially liked the breakfast which kept us going all day! Ask at the desk for advice where to eat out. On our last day we found Varnedansvej, a street on the left on the way to town, very close, full of nice little restaurants. My bedside light was broken, the electric plug falling out of the wall and dangerous, the main lighting too weak to read by. Everything else was fine. Not for those who want a streamlined American type hotel. |
