A nice hotel, small but comfortable room. Breakfast buffe was ok. The ventilation system was very noisy and kept me awake for a long time. |

Breakfast was good - good choices. Convenient location. Not having tea/coffee facilities in room was a real disappointment. We asked for a kettle but they didn't have any left. A view from window would have been nice - we just overlooked other rooms. |

it was very centrally located expensive! my room was unfortunately located where I could catch weird smells from other parts of the building. The cleaning lady even left my window open after cleaning the room. |

location for shopping. Breakfast included. It was okay as Copenhagen is a very expensive place My room was a dump. No security chain/lock - it had been removed. Mould in the bathroom. Scuzzy carpets. Cigarette butts on ledge outside window. Dirty glasses - bring your own. Poor toiletries. Upgraded to a double room from a superior single - not an upgrade. No kettle/coffee-tea making as promised. Terrible night receptionist. Day person was better. No help with luggage at night and just stairs leading up to reception. No secure location to leave bags. Either behind reception or in locked room other guests can access. |

The room (single superior, room 412) was very nice. Big jazz photo's on the wall, a little sitting group, a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Plenty space for one person. The room faced a calm street, there was not much noise in the night. Excellent breakfast. Nice furniture and decorations. I would really recommend this hotel based on my experiences. |

The location within easy reach of the harbour Bath-tub was unserviseable - no water stopper to fill in the tub the 1st night. When water stopper was installed the second day, after having a bath the water poured into the bathroom since the draining bar was not functioning. No service available (at 6 p.m.)except 1 person at the reception desk and I had to mop up the water myself . The third night, we finally had the confort expected. |

Extremely convenient, really close to Nyhan, the street with the best atmosphere in town. The bathroom had no bathtub. The room had no confort details, not even shower cap... Breakfast was not varied or tasteful. |

Hotel is only a 15 minute pleasant walk from the station in a quiet area, right next door to Nyhaven! An excellent friendly barman! |
