Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great location. In general it was not up to other international Best Western Hotel at which I have stayed in the past. I was given a room which was substandard. Although the room was small that was not a problem but the toliet was awful; the shower was only separated from the toliet by a plastic curtain and there was a drain in the middle of the room. It was similar to China in 1981. Taking a s The shower always caused a flood in the bathroom. There was also no ventilation for the bath room. |

This hotel was very central, close to Tivolli Gardens, Railway station, sightseeing tours and restaurants. It was quiet and comfortable and I enjoyed the availability of tea and coffee in the afternoon and evening in the lounge. The outside area was pleasant and relaxing and the breakfast room was very nice too as was the breakfast itself . I felt our room was a little shabby compared with the public areas of the hotel - perhaps it is on the next to renovate list as I noted that the room across the hall was being refreshed. |

Our triple room was large enough, we liked the breakfast, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Close to train station and Tivoli Park. Strange odor from the bathroom. How can housekeeping staff not notice it? No air conditioning. Lots of hotels in the neighborhood -- they should join forces to clean up the street so we don't see syringes and urinating in public. |

Excellent breakfast buffet with friendly and helpful staff . Breakfast available from 0630 to 1030 . Pleasant, well kept courtyard with free tea/coffee making facilities. The shower/WC facility was difficult to use without causing the whole bathroom floor to become very wet. Room was a little small for three persons. |

The one problem was that the curtains were too thin for summer mornings, they need to be lined. Also it was very noisy. |

The hotel was conveniently located. And the staffs were so freindly and useful. They recommended an attic room, we were so happy with it. We wished they would more clean the room. |

It was close to Tivoli Garden and railway station,staff were helpfull with advise, a good value hotel for tourist No hot water at any time in the day for a shower, bathroom would be the smallest in Europe, we were on first floor,with no water, hate to think what the floors above were like |

free beverages and cakes anytime when we first step in staff was not that friendly but that changed as the minutes / hours goes by, they got better. We have even recommend to some of our friends who were planning to visit CPH. |

Both my wife & myself were quite happy with our stay as we experienced the reception staff to be quite courteous & accomodative to our request. I have no complaints & I would even recommend this Hotel due to good service & proximity to City Center. |

Breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable The area where the hotel situated was not safe, in every corner there was one boy waiting to sell something or one girl to have sex. The rooms were so small and the walls were thiny and you can here they are walking in the room. |

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was ready early and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicous and freshly prepared. The internet was available all the time, which was a big plus for us. I would rate this hotel between 3 and 4 stars. The nicest gesture was a basket of fruit and goodies for our anniversary! The shower! It's not a "real" shower as Americans know it, and the bathroom floor gets soaked. Suggestion is to put up some plexiglass around it and make it into a real shower. |

The reception area and the restaurant were lovely. The staff were very helpful and the location was great (although the 'Gentlemans club' next door was off putting). The rooms were very tired decor wise. Our bathroom was tired and had some mould. It looks like they haven't been decorated in a long time. For the price of a room per night I would have expected more. |

The staff were all very nice and helpful at all times. The facilities are very well appointed; nice patio and lounge. Very well located, near central station and major attactions. The bed was very lazily made; the garbage can was not emptyed. |

The hotel is really at the heart of the city. Quite good at cost/benefit. Two free internet points and free wireless at rooms were fast enough. Breakfast menu needs improvement. |
