Location of the hotel was very convenient for a short shopping/leisure trip. There is some red-light-area action in the evenings in the neighborhood though. The room was clean but a bit worn-out. Breakfast was excellent (and included in the room price). |

The courtyard between the two buildings was very nice and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We also found most of the staff very friendly and helpful. It was also very nice that our room had a separate bedroom so that we could put the kids to sleep and close the door to the living room. Staff manning the reception on the afternoon/evening was not very helpful. |

The hotel was charming and the breakfast selection was excellent. I had to ask for our bathroom to be cleaned on one of the three days we stayed there. At first I was told it wasn't possible because all the cleaning staff had ended their day. I was offered another room instead of the one we had. In the end, the desk clerk was able to send someone up to clean the bathroom. I don't feel though that I should have to tell the hotel that my room has not been cleaned. There should be some sort of quality control. |
