It was close to the railway station. Very good breakfast. They even had gluten free bread. Free tea, coffee and danish in the lounge. The bathroom was outdated. There is a sex club next to the hotel. It was very noisy so we did not get much sleep.

We booked a Triple Room Tivoli package for our pre-cruise one-night stay. The package, which includes free breakfast (very good), internet access, and ticket (general admission) to Tivoli, was of excellent value. The location is very convienient and the city centre is within walking distance. Free coffee and tea are availabe to hotel guests. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs about 250 DKK, and the hotel can arrange a taxi to the cruise port for a flat fee of 180 DKK. If you are traveling light, you can take th public transportation (the central station is nearby). Room is a small compared to North American standard. But Copenhagen is an expensive city and this is a budget hotel.

We enjoyed the stay and the breakfast was excellent as I have a glutenfree diet. In spite of it, I did okay. We have stayed with BestWestern before and are hoping to get points or whatever it is.We intend to use Best Western again. Thank you. I was told by people on the street, the location was bad, but we did not edncounter any problems. Told us to stay on one side of the hotel, but we are people we do not go out at night. Being from Canada, we did not know this but our reason for staying here was because of convenience to the transit system. Do not take us wrong, we did enjoy our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

Your staff at hotel had friendly behaviour and well informed about area and replied well to each question. polite and precise. the hotel should provide hygenic equipment like shampoo instead of soap, toothpaste an so on. they do not cost that much when you order them in bulk. A lot of rumoures during night. better to remind to all your guests that after 10 PM they should make less noise out of their room.

The bed in the room, very good to sleep in. The outdoor area inside the hotel. The waitresses in the breakfast restaurant. They were very polite and helpful. The personell in the front desk. They were a little sour, especially the one who was there in the night of 25th of June when I arrived.

I liked the central location, even if it was next to a strip club and its big advertisements - which I did not like. I liked the 19th century facade, high ceilings, and the breakfast room's feel. Breakfast was fairly nice, no complaints. There had been an effort to style the hotel common spaces and it had a feel of comfortable (upper) middle range hotel. The room for a family was of a fair size. I liked that the bathroom had a big window which let light come in. I did not particularly enjoy the room's view to an inner yard and to other hotel room windows. Fortunately our room was high, so it had plenty of light.

Staff were very polite and helpful; room was well proportioned and furniture was functional and clean, inlcuded a good desk and a kettle; power points available and wifi in the room worked (mainly). Wifi cut out on the morning of my departure before I had checked out. Bathroom was cold. Bathroom curtain flimsy. Shower a little difficult and worn. TV hard to understand - channels changed very slowly; limited number of channels, lots of blank channels, info all in Danish no English. Quiet area from traffic, which was good, but a lot of street noise in the early hours - eg bottles being emptied into bins / garbage lorries.

The location was great. It was not directly next to the main shopping streets, although it only took about a 7 minute walk to get to the main area. Central Station was about a 2 minute walk. The hotel staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet was awesome and Giovanna made every morning that much better. She was hard working and always asking if she could get you coffee, tea, a waffle, etc.
