Best Western Hotel Hebron

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great location. In general it was not up to other international Best Western Hotel at which I have stayed in the past.

I was given a room which was substandard. Although the room was small that was not a problem but the toliet was awful; the shower was only separated from the toliet by a plastic curtain and there was a drain in the middle of the room. It was similar to China in 1981. Taking a s The shower always caused a flood in the bathroom. There was also no ventilation for the bath room.

This hotel was very central, close to Tivolli Gardens, Railway station, sightseeing tours and restaurants. It was quiet and comfortable and I enjoyed the availability of tea and coffee in the afternoon and evening in the lounge. The outside area was pleasant and relaxing and the breakfast room was very nice too as was the breakfast itself .

I felt our room was a little shabby compared with the public areas of the hotel - perhaps it is on the next to renovate list as I noted that the room across the hall was being refreshed.

Excellent breakfast buffet with friendly and helpful staff . Breakfast available from 0630 to 1030 . Pleasant, well kept courtyard with free tea/coffee making facilities.

The shower/WC facility was difficult to use without causing the whole bathroom floor to become very wet. Room was a little small for three persons.

The hotel was conveniently located. And the staffs were so freindly and useful. They recommended an attic room, we were so happy with it.

We wished they would more clean the room.

It was close to Tivoli Garden and railway station,staff were helpfull with advise, a good value hotel for tourist

No hot water at any time in the day for a shower, bathroom would be the smallest in Europe, we were on first floor,with no water, hate to think what the floors above were like

Booked a room with three beds and only got 2 beds and a sofa.

The area where the hotel situated was not safe, in every corner there was one boy waiting to sell something or one girl to have sex. The rooms were so small and the walls were thiny and you can here they are walking in the room.

In a great location,Reception area wellcoming.

Bedroom looked dated, too many exposed pipes.
