I did pick this hotel based on price, so it's to be expected that it is the "budget" type. Might be a strange thing to say, but all the rooms are on the groud floor with the car parking just in front, which can be a bit uncomfortable - it just feels like anyone could knock on your window in the middle of the night. Breakfast is not really appealing - seems too expensive and not well presented (reminded me more of a hostel breakfast). As far as cleannes was concerned, (towels, ventilation in the bathroom), it was ok, but could have felt a bit better. Overall, budget accomodation if you're looking for more than a hostel. General character of the place is totally lacking - even just adding some tea/coffee making facilities to the rooms would make it more welcoming. Would definitely not recommend for business trips or having guests in, but otherwise ok for low budget traveling.
The free parking was definitely a big plus for me, as well as the location which is very close to the train station and city center. Rooms are spacious and TV worked well (which is not something you can say for a lot of hotels :) )
