The Location of the hotel is very central within walking distance from Tivoli Park and Central Station. The Hotel was very modern and clean and staff were more than helpful. |

Excellent staff in the lobby, helpful and kind and I really liked the location near city center. Yes, just one small thing, the computer in the lobby was not updated and the explorer version was old. I'm quite sure the nice staff in the lobby has alredy contact the computer service to update the computer. |

Location-just beside train station Noisy!!Couldnt sleep at night-although we stayed on 3 floor we could still hear the noise from the cars and trains. Furthermore they were doing constructions across the street so from 7 kl in the morning the situation was even worse |

Very near to the center of the city and to the central station. Very nice breakfast bouffet. The lighting inside the room must be more, since it is no smoking area this must be implemented, the lifts must be more intelligent and fast. |

Good comfortable clean rooms, free wi-fi was good, great breakfast included, great staff. When we first opened the door to our room there was a strange smell by the door. |

the breakfast was incredibly good, the room was clean, the paintings in the room were the original ones, it was the first time i have ever seen this in a hotel the rooms need a little bit more colour, they need to be filled with joy |

L'hotel è in ottima posizione, 200 m dalla stazione centrale, vicinissimo alla stazione della ferrovia denominata "S". Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità. Pulizia buona. gli unici problemi li abbiamo avuti con il bagno; sicuramente non è adatto a persone anziane perchè il bordo della vasca è molto alto, ed inoltre avevamo il water che perdeva acqua. |

Mycket bra personal och en lugn atmosfär trotts det mycket centrala läget. Hotellet är prisvärt och kan nog klassas som ett budget alternativ. Frukosten bör nog få lite större omfång men för min del fullt tillfylles. Hissarna måste göras större för liten kapacitet. |

Jeg har fået en super god behandling på hotellet, Personalet var meget hjælpsomme. Dejlig morgenbuffet og god central beliggenhed, Jeg kommer tilbage. Tak for godt ophold |

Närheten till det mesta det centrala läget Dålig panering av frukostbuffén. Placeringen av kaffet kunde ha varit bättre t ex termosarna kunde stå vid kopparna. Långsam påfyllning av pålägg med mera på grund av för få i personalen. I övrigt var allt mycket bra. |

Værelse og beliggenhed er fin til prisen. Fik jeres julebuffet til aften - den bestod hovedsaligt af opvarmet mad, fuldstændig tørstegte frikadeller, steg, skinke, medisterpølse etc. Hvis I vil have flere kunder, skal restaurant være en helt anden standard. Jeg kan ikke mindes hvornår jeg har spist dårligere på en restaurant. |

staff cordiale e disponibile. ottima posizione ed ottima colazione continentale. non cambiano le lenzuola. non puliscono nemmeno decentemente................ampiamente fuori dai Notri standard. |

Lo bien situado que estaba y la relación calidad-precio. Estaba bastante bien equipado. Los baños son muy pequeños y las habitaciones también. En cuanto al buffet desayuno estaba bien, pero mal atendido. Habia que esperar mucho para conseguir mesa. |

La ubicación es estupenda pues está muy céntrico.Mi habitación era individual y el cuarto de baño tenía bañera algo difícil de encontrar en Dinamarca pues en la mayoría de hoteles la ducha es un simple desagúe en el suelo del baño.El desayuno bastante completo. El personal atento.Internet gratis en la habitación y disposición de un ordenador en recepción con acceso a internet. Mi habitación daba a la fachada principal y las ventanas no estaban insonorizadas para nada, se oía muchísimo el ruido de la calle (coches, sirenas etc..)demás no ajustaban y entraba muchísimo frío por ellas. No entiendo como en un país donde hace tanto frío no ofrecen en el desayuno leche caliente pues todos los días tuve que pedir que me la calentaran. |
