This hotel is convenient to the main railroad station and downtown area. The breakfeast is abundant and pretty good. Our room had a nasty smell and was small, with not enough storage area. The elevators are tiny. The lounge area and lobby are unattractive. People at front desk were not particularly pleasant. |

I liked it's very good location near the Central Railway station and Rathouse square for exploring Kopenhagen and nearest cities. It was also very nice, that it was quiet at nights, because we had windows to the yard and tennis court. The stuff except one girl was very friendly and helpful |

Not much. Close to the rental car shops in the city - Avis, Budget, Hertz. Just about everything was awful - location, check-in at 3pm, hot, noisy on both sides... |

It is centrally located in the city. The staff could have been trained to guide the visitors to the city or at least keep information available for the tourist. |

The convenience of hotel for sight seeing and shopping with good resturants,train station and tourist information near by. Although I am a smoker I did not like all the cigarette ends lying on pavement at front door ,and suggest a bigger recepticle as most of your clients obviously did not use the small one located to the right of doorway. |

Good size rooms and storage space. Nice welcome gifts for the kids. Very extensive breakfast, good wi-fi. Restaurant menu downstairs seemed very limited. Rooms could have been air conditioned. Small elevators (felt like service lifts) |

Very convenient to trains, tours, restaurants & shopping. Clean comfortable and good value. The trains are convenient but noisey if your room faces the tracks. Airconditioning in this case is needed, you need to keep window shut. |

the checking in time was so late, at 3 pm , so we have to put the luggage on the garage room by ourselves, the room without aircon eventhough you prepare it with fan. the noises from trains were annoying. anyway i like the staf, they were very helpful and nice, |

Very clean room, new toilets and bathrooms. Good service. No air condition! Room was like a sauna. with small children the night was a nightmare with high temperature!!!! |

The hotel staff was very helpful and firendly, it is well situated, close to the central station and main sites. Good breakfast It is located on one of the busy streets and the noise of the street can be heard all the time. The reservation can not be changed and it is non-refundable. |

Good location, easy walk to the central station and Tivoli. Excellent breakfast included in room rate. Rooms facing street are quite noisy from passing trains. No air conditioning. |

The location was great--across the street from the Vesterport metro stop, which was one stop from the central train station. It was close to Tivoli, and within easy walking distance to many tourist sites. The breakfast was ample, and there was a free internet terminal in the lobby. Luggage storage was easy. English channels such as bbc or cnn were not free on tv. We were told the cost of English channels was 89 k an hour! There was little choice in tv channels. Most of them seemed to be playing the same program in different languages. We finally found a World Cup channel in German, but it was a long process because of the way the channels were arranged. Also, there was no Mozilla as a browser on the free internet terminal. |

Close to S-tog and main train station. Breakfast and wifi included. Two supermarkets nearby. Decent size room for 3 people - I booked a family room on the 6th floor facing the tennis court. No problem with noise which rooms facing the front would have due to road construction and train tracks. Not able to check in early, though they provided luggage storage. Check in/out took awhile due to staff working the phone as well. One waiter looked like he really didn't want to be there - had him "greet" us for breakfast for 3 days. Hotel charged my credit card immediately upon booking 3 months ago even though it clearly stated otherwise. They made a refund after my complaint but I lost money due to the exchange rate. |

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice Due to an early flight we had to check out early on the 2nd day and because of this we didn't get any breakfast. Some hotels offer a snack-bag when this happens - it would have been nice and somewhat expected. Also, the room looked bigger and nicer on the hotel's website than it did in reality. |

there was a fan in the room for when it got hot and the breakfast was great , there should be more tea and coffee in the room and some milk ,also more than one regular pillow |

The position was excellent, for both shopping and sight seeing. The breakfast was good, with choice of both hot and cold food. The room was tidied every day. they did not top up the breakfast after about 9.40 even though it was till 10. |

I regret to say there is nothing to be mentioned. The room was cold, there is no ventilation at the bathroom and therefore the room is full of humidity all the time, the breakfast is poor... I stop here. |

It was clean, affordable and walking distance to the City Centre. Although busy, we also liked the breakfast facilities. The front office staff were definitely not very warm and welcoming!! We were quite put off by that, because Danish people are generally not like that. Oh and the computer that's in the hotel lobby is somewhat old and should be replaced. (For clients that wish to use it for online check-in, for example...) |

A reasonable compromise of location and price for viewing downtown Copenhagen. It is located less than 10 minutes walk from the city central station and in view of a secondary rail station. It is cheap to get to central station from the airport, so that makes this hotel economically accessible. It is about 10 minutes walk to tourist information, 12 to the city centre and less than 30 from the main waterfront areas. |
