La situacció es bona. L,ahbitació ample i amb forca llum natural i una bona taula escriptori El bany molt petit. El pitxor la mala il.luminaci´o de llum electrica. Quan ja no hi havia llum matural quasi no podias ni llegir ni escriure al escriptori, ni en tota l,habitacio. En canvi tant al pasadis com al bany hi havia molta llum,dons si volies llegir tenias que agafar una cadira i anar al pasadis.També el vaig trobar molt car per el que era un hotel de 3 estrelles.

There was flooding damage prior to our stay and the staff was good enough to accommodate all their guests with breakfast at a nearby hotel. I was also able to change rooms when I found I would be facing a very busy street. They also used breakfast vouchers which I found was a nice touch to deter non-guests as theft was a concern. Also very short walking distance to the Central train station. It was basic, no frills. The housekeeping could have been better because we never got tissues or hygiene trash bags replaced during our 5 day stay and the coverlet of the bed could have been cleaned better, but these are minor complaints and this is a 3-star hotel so it was not unexpected. Also loud young travelers in the next room are not the fault of the hotel, but it didn't add to the enjoyment.

It was one of the best hotel experiences I had recently. I am happy someone recommended this particular hotel. Location could not be better, close to Central Station and few meters from a metro station. The staff were very helpful, particularly at reception. The room was comfortable, clean and cosy. Breakfast is of good quality, they provide several healthy options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to any other colleague, friend or relative that would be visiting Copenhagen.

Our flight from usa arrived early and I had requested early check in . They gave us two room side by side without any problem. We are appreciative that they were offering their best hospitality which made our trip mush less stressful. Thank you. The bar in the lobby and the breakfast room.

This hotel is reasonably well located, being a short walk from the main railway station and close to the main shopping streets. The rooms are stuffy, with little or no ventilation. The window can be opened but this comes at the expense of excessive noise due to the fact that the hotel is located on a busy road and opposite a very noisy train line. Would not recommend if you want a good night's sleep.

Location is fine. Fairly comfortable. Ventilation in the rooms is very poor, since there is no air conditioning and the windows open just a little, so in the morning of a sunny day the room gets hot. The bathroom would be fine if not for the shower place, whose floor has no separation from the rest of the bathroom. It is very annoyng to dry the floor with towels every time you take a shower. Not compatible with a 3 stars hotel!! Never saw this in a 3 star!

I must say that I can not find much I liked about the hotel. This is a best western hotel ... but sadly though it is not long in the chain .. it does not at all live up to the standards of the chain ...... it is already run down ...the toilets are dirty - need bleach - and the place is not at all worth the inflated summer rates in Copenhagen ...I choes it as the cheapest of hotels I knew .. and the rate was double what I have paid there before .. I know the whole city does this .. but this place is not at a all worth it !!!

Superb location, very convenient breakfast included in the price (something not common in cph), we booked a 3 bed room and it had a good size and comfortness level...good quality price for dk Elevators are not the most modern for this type of hotel, not A.c but useful fan was provided in case, street bit noisy but the views and location compensate this fact

Clean comfortable, very central. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Great value for money. Close to the railroad tracks, though the noise did not bother us. Small room but did not feel cramped.

I was able to communicate some changes in out itinerary via email and was getting prompt responses. Breakfast is more than one would expect from that class of hotel. Shower is not wide enough and I have had some trouble mounting the shower high enough to be able to stand under it.
