Excellent staff in the lobby, helpful and kind and I really liked the location near city center. Yes, just one small thing, the computer in the lobby was not updated and the explorer version was old. I'm quite sure the nice staff in the lobby has alredy contact the computer service to update the computer. |

Location-just beside train station Noisy!!Couldnt sleep at night-although we stayed on 3 floor we could still hear the noise from the cars and trains. Furthermore they were doing constructions across the street so from 7 kl in the morning the situation was even worse |

Very near to the center of the city and to the central station. Very nice breakfast bouffet. The lighting inside the room must be more, since it is no smoking area this must be implemented, the lifts must be more intelligent and fast. |

Good comfortable clean rooms, free wi-fi was good, great breakfast included, great staff. When we first opened the door to our room there was a strange smell by the door. |

the breakfast was incredibly good, the room was clean, the paintings in the room were the original ones, it was the first time i have ever seen this in a hotel the rooms need a little bit more colour, they need to be filled with joy |

Værelse og beliggenhed er fin til prisen. Fik jeres julebuffet til aften - den bestod hovedsaligt af opvarmet mad, fuldstændig tørstegte frikadeller, steg, skinke, medisterpølse etc. Hvis I vil have flere kunder, skal restaurant være en helt anden standard. Jeg kan ikke mindes hvornår jeg har spist dårligere på en restaurant. |

Bra läge centralt men ändå lugnt, bodde åt innergården. Bra möjlighet att parkera bilen i bevakat P-hus till hyfsat rimlig kostnad. Blev kö till frukosten på helgen som löstes med varierad smidighet. En del mat tog slut men fylldes på efter ett tag. Annars OK frukost. |

駅から近く、立地は良かったです。部屋もそこそこ綺麗で広かったです。 無線インターネット接続のアカウントが細切れになっており、都度アカウントをもらうのが面倒くさい。道路側- の部屋だと、ややうるさい。 |

Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum og handlegater. Koselig spisesal og lobby. Godt utvalg i frokostbufféen. Kort avstand til hovedbanegården og Tivoli. Litt dårlig lukt på badet til tider. Skulle vært egen safe på rommet. |

Hotellet hade utmärkt läge och personalen var serviceinriktad. Hotellet hade också en utmärkt frukostbuffe! Tillgång till gratis internet nära receptionen. Det luktade riktigt illa i badrummet och det måste ha berott på något fel i avloppet som inte kan ha varit så lätt att åtgärda eftersom hotellpersonalen tycktes känna till problemet. |

gick bra o checka in redan vid 13.00, läget var helt okej på hotellet, nära centralen. frukosten var ingen höjdare, kändes som att de var rester från föregående dags frukost. grönsakerna och osten var trorra, brödet var stenhårt. jag hade lite högre förväntningar på hotellet standard trots allt, rummet var helt okej, men munstycket på duschen läckte, spolknappen på toan var sönder. |
