Location near center.staff very helpful. Not excellent breakfast but good.
Wifi was low speed sometimes. Facilities was low option such as didn't has refrigerator.
1. Well mannerd and friendly staff. 2. Location 3. Free wifi
There was a wet smell in the room. May be due to moisture in the carpet. A air refresher before next guest would be really appreciated.
Location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, and only a short walk to most sights. The hotel is good, clean and fairly well appointed. Breakfast was a decent selection as well.
We had a few issues with our key cards stopping working, which meant having to go back down to reception and get them reset. Not a major inconvenience in itself. One of the lifts was out of action for the whole time we were there, which meant there were times when you could be waiting a while for one to arrive. They were also quite small so you could only really fit three people plus luggage in which meant long waits at busy periods.
Great location for a good prize!
They only had two elevators and one of them was broken. Also the elevators were old.
The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent.
Having to reset the wifi every time you returned.
Travelling with three older kids and not having been to Copenhagen before, I couldn't work out which area to stay in. This was near the station and I thought a Best Western might be soulless, but practical. (I would usually prefer an older apartment in the historical area of town.) This was a late booking and was very good value for an enormous double suite. Kids slept in one huge suite and I could shut the door to my double room next to them. It turned out to be in a perfect spot, very close to Tivoli Gardens ( which close for winter) and top of the 'walking street' and the City Hall that features so prominently in 'The Killing'! But turn the other way and you are on the border of Vesterbro, which is now 'gentrified' and packed with lovely old streets and great restaurants. So location turned out to be perfect. Room was spotless, extremely comfortable and bathroom was the size of a double bedroom. It was a lovely comfortable place to hang out after sightseeing and the kids loved the games room downstairs.
Nothing -- it was on a huge main road, but you couldn't hear a thing and it was actually rather nice watching people cycling past all night.
Room very cold, poor heating. Bathroom old and with poor maintenance. In resume: a ancient hotel, needs a improve.
position, staff very helpfull
No fridge in the room, no body lotion nor conditioner
Shower whit hair and rusty soap dish. white tiles in the bathroom, like an old hospital
Central location, not far from station. Comfortable bed
Wifi inaccessible from room. Couldn't control room temperature. Couldn't isolate different lights so had to find bathroom in the dark at night. Breakfast not great.
Location Comfort and cleanliness The breakfast was very good and value for money
Good location, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is more than complete. Everything was perfect!
Excellent reception with very helpful staff, room was very clean and serviced daily, every attention to detail. Breakfast was very good, varied and buffet tended to promptly.
Step into bathroom was a trip hazard.
Everything, very nice staff, excellent services, ample breakfast, room a bit small but with everything you need for a good staying. The hotel is near to the pubblic transport 2 min. walk from train station, 5 min. walk from bus stop and 10 min. walk from metro station. Very good for visiting the center of Copenhagen (5 min walk to Tivoli and Rådhusplads).
Lovely food. Spacious rooms. Free wi fi. Friendly staff. Price of rooms.
Nothing I can think of.
Staff were friendly and helpful Location was excellent and only a 10 minute walk to town centre and close to central station too. Clean rooms and comfortable Very good breakfast with good choice of hot and cold. Bedroom not too small A happy stay!
Very small bath and bathroom! Jaded and stained carpet Wifi not very consistent in bedroom but worked very well in lobby.
Excellent location, everything was on the doorstep- the pedestrian shopping zone, meatpacking district ,tivoli and the train station. The staff was very friendly and ready to help us in any moment
The room was a bit small... and also the design of the rooms and the hotel in general should change to more modern maybe cuz it seems "cold" to me
Great view from 6th floor over the rooftops of Copenhagen
Receptionist ignored me at checkout, even tho I had just a quick question. Not good.
The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the main station and Tivoli Gardens. Facilities were just fine. Breakfast was very good with plenty of everything you could want. Staff were very helpful.
Nothing springs to mind.
Staff were rather friendly and helpful Bed was quite comfortable
Rooms had a lingering smell of cigarettes
\very friendly staff. excellent communication skills/ English spoken with perfection by ALL staff. Very quiet within Hotel yet minutes from central and very good shopping. Copenhagen card allows free transport. bus rail boat and Metro also entry to Museums. S Train station just o/side hotel. Perfect break.. stress free. will return to this Hotel.
Outside the Hotel.......it rained..
breakfast was very good, the view was fantastic, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. The S-train station was actually across the road, the supermarket was around the corner.
the was some problem with insulation, so there was some weird sound of the wind going through the window panes, and it was drafty near the window. the wifi in the room was terrible.
Room, staff and the location.
The ventilation vas broken and the tv didn't woork the last day of our stay.
Close to main shopping street. Tivoli gardens and glyptotek museum. Comfortable clean and warm.
