Best Western Mercur Hotel

駅から徒歩圏内で、観光に適していました。スタッフの愛想も良く、気分良く過ごしました。

シャワーでお湯が出てくるまでに時間がかかった。

中央駅から徒歩５分程度。ホテルの近くにバス乗り場、地下鉄、コンビニ、スーパー、カフェがあり、とても便- 利。　フロントスタッフの対応がよかった。到着時間が朝８時だったが、チェックインさせてくれた。　湯沸しポット、インスタントコーヒー、紅茶、緑茶がついていた。

バスタブがなく、シャワーと洗面台・トイレの区切りもなく、シャワーカーテンが短いので、洗面所が水浸しに- なってしまう。

３人で、１人分はエクストラベッドだったが、そのベッドも快適だった。部屋が広く、大きなスーツケース３つ- も悠々と広げられた。

バスタブがついていたのはよかったが、排水が悪く、トイレ／洗面のある床の穴から排水が逆流してきたのは困- った。一応翌日直してくれたとのことだったが、あまり改善はされていなかった。 部屋を掃除した際、ティッシュ箱のティッシュがなくなっていたのに、補充されておらず、新しいものを頼んだ- が、こなかった。夜は、受付の人がバーのウエイターとしても働いていたので、非常に忙しかったからだろうが- ・・・

There was flooding damage prior to our stay and the staff was good enough to accommodate all their guests with breakfast at a nearby hotel. I was also able to change rooms when I found I would be facing a very busy street. They also used breakfast vouchers which I found was a nice touch to deter non-guests as theft was a concern. Also very short walking distance to the Central train station.

It was basic, no frills. The housekeeping could have been better because we never got tissues or hygiene trash bags replaced during our 5 day stay and the coverlet of the bed could have been cleaned better, but these are minor complaints and this is a 3-star hotel so it was not unexpected. Also loud young travelers in the next room are not the fault of the hotel, but it didn't add to the enjoyment.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced, considering location.

Reception staff were excellent. Good location - close to station.

Room was smaller than anticipated.

This hotel is reasonably well located, being a short walk from the main railway station and close to the main shopping streets.

The rooms are stuffy, with little or no ventilation. The window can be opened but this comes at the expense of excessive noise due to the fact that the hotel is located on a busy road and opposite a very noisy train line. Would not recommend if you want a good night's sleep.

Location is fine. Fairly comfortable.

Ventilation in the rooms is very poor, since there is no air conditioning and the windows open just a little, so in the morning of a sunny day the room gets hot. The bathroom would be fine if not for the shower place, whose floor has no separation from the rest of the bathroom. It is very annoyng to dry the floor with towels every time you take a shower. Not compatible with a 3 stars hotel!! Never saw this in a 3 star!

Found difficulty liking this Hotel had very little to offer.

Very run down . . .more back packers delight.
