Excellent staff in the lobby, helpful and kind and I really liked the location near city center.

Yes, just one small thing, the computer in the lobby was not updated and the explorer version was old. I'm quite sure the nice staff in the lobby has alredy contact the computer service to update the computer.

Location-just beside train station

Noisy!!Couldnt sleep at night-although we stayed on 3 floor we could still hear the noise from the cars and trains. Furthermore they were doing constructions across the street so from 7 kl in the morning the situation was even worse

Service was very good about bathroom and room, clean and comfortable room.

Not so mmany chanels at the tv.

Good comfortable clean rooms, free wi-fi was good, great breakfast included, great staff.

When we first opened the door to our room there was a strange smell by the door.

It vas very good, price OK and staing midle of the center.

Dålig luft på rummen och en gansak klen frukust.

Närheten till det mesta det centrala läget

Dålig panering av frukostbuffén. Placeringen av kaffet kunde ha varit bättre t ex termosarna kunde stå vid kopparna. Långsam påfyllning av pålägg med mera på grund av för få i personalen. I övrigt var allt mycket bra.

Værelse og beliggenhed er fin til prisen.

Fik jeres julebuffet til aften - den bestod hovedsaligt af opvarmet mad, fuldstændig tørstegte frikadeller, steg, skinke, medisterpølse etc. Hvis I vil have flere kunder, skal restaurant være en helt anden standard. Jeg kan ikke mindes hvornår jeg har spist dårligere på en restaurant.

Fri tilgang til internett i lobbyen. Fleksibel inn- og utsjekkingstid.

駅から近く、立地は良かったです。部屋もそこそこ綺麗で広かったです。

無線インターネット接続のアカウントが細切れになっており、都度アカウントをもらうのが面倒くさい。道路側- の部屋だと、ややうるさい。

Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum og handlegater. Koselig spisesal og lobby. Godt utvalg i frokostbufféen. Kort avstand til hovedbanegården og Tivoli.

Litt dårlig lukt på badet til tider. Skulle vært egen safe på rommet.

Il buffet con un giusto assortimento di cibi dolci e salati, il wi-fi gratis disponibile nell'intera struttura e un pc con connessione a internet e stampante inclusa nella hall a disposizione degli ospiti. La disponibilità gratuita presso la reception di ombrello e cassetta di sicurezza.

L'odore sgradevole della camera assegnata (prontamente sostituita a nostra richiesta con upgrade gratuito ad una superior). L'assenza del frigobar in camera sia pure compensata da distribuitori automatici presenti nel corridoio.
