Not as good as Best Western Hotel I have visited in other counties

The comfort

friendly and helpfull staff

no fridge/minibar in room

The room was awful. Many poor repairs, the mattress was 7cm thick, no night desk, very dirty, no Minibar, dark during the day and bright during the night. No Blackout. Breakfast no variety poor quality.

The cleaning was really good staff was so polite and nice excellent breakfast

2 single bed instead than 1 double the lights were above the head of the bed, to much easy hit them with the front, that is not really safe

Internet was slow & was not available most of the time.

Due to the location, we wnted to have a shopping and city trip during holidays that was meet fully. Everything was within walking distance either bar , restaurant or shopping

Internet service was poor and room heater did not properly

The location is great. Full of restaurants and shops all around. It is also a walking distance from Central Station.

The elevators are extremely small. If you want to use them with your luggage and in our case take our baby in the stroller at the same time you just can't, because it does not fit. Rooms also a bit small.

Would like face clothes in the bathroom next time

Easy to get to from the train station Nice staff Tasty breakfast

Noisy -- I'd recommend that light sleepers take a room not on the streetside.
