Richmond Hotel  

Personal molt amable I atent. Molt cèntric I a 5 minuts caminant de l'estació central de Copenhague. Gran buffet per esmorzar I habitacions comfortables. WiFi gratuït I ordinador amb internet al hall per si no tens cap dispositiu amb WiFi.

La senyal del WiFi era fluixa a l'habitació, però estant de vacances no era important. Als sofàs del hall hi havia cobertura al 100%.

Position

I was very disappointed by the hotel. I even left it before, although I could not get refund. The room was shabby - a very old carpet that smelled awfully. The wireless internet, said to be free, did not work in the room. The bathroom gave a minimum a bathroom can give. I wold recommend - avoid that hotel!

Location - very close to Central train station, Tivoli , pedestrian mall. The room was small and simple , but good enough if you only need a place to sleep. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Good value for the price we paid. They gave us a packed cold breakfast box, since we had to leave to the airport early.

Unstable Wi-Fi connection , no tea/coffee facilities in the room, cramped shower. Also they did not let us check it at 13:00 , and we had to wait until 3pm - I had rarely seen a hotel with no rooms ready at 1pm.

Location

After arrival, the room that we booked was not available (triple room). We were separated during the first night, and need to change a room another day. The facilities in a room were poor (specially bathroom). The sink of the shower is on the opposite side of the bathroom, so we were flooded all the time. We need to build barrier from towel in order to keep the water in bathroom. We agreed with a clerk at the reception desk that we will pay the room with a credit card that we gave them upon arrival. On the last morning, when we need to check out, they suddenly didn't have any information about that credit card. Since one of the colleges (owner of the card) left last evening, we had a big problems to solve that situation. I wouldn't complain if we didn't ask the receptionist last evening, and he claimed that everything is fine. Probably the worst value/money rate that I ever had, and I travel a lot.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in Sept. The people at the desk were pleasant & helpful. Nice room & bathroom. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Copenhagen is obscenely expensive. You do not get value for money.

1. Breakfast is good. 2. Check In time is flexible to me. Very appreciate ~ ( I checked in before noon due to my flight arrived in cph in the morning. )

1. Wireless network is not stable. 2. The light in the bathroom is blinking for one week.

The bed was too narrow..... and juice in the breakfast did not taste like juice, but water.

The room could have been cleaned better.

Location was good. Breakfast was fine as well. We were able to check in at 10:00

Bathroom was really old and in bad condition and not that clean.

Centrally located, bit worn. Price-worthy for a weekend in Copenhagen.

Understaffed. One person in reception during busy check-in or check-out times.

The room was not heated. I arrived at midnight and was freezing with 2 duvets.

Location was good, staff quite friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast variety.

The room was very cold, and when I enquired about the electric heater, they didn't have any, offered me just an additional blanket, which didn't solve the problem since the overall temperature in the room didn't make me feel comfortable. In fact, the temperature in the hall and reception area was higher, than in the room. Water in the bathroom coming from the shower was a big issue, cos it was just staying there and I could not go the bathroom without getting my feet wet.

The Location is good! Nearby parking, easy to get out and into the city.

The Cleanness of the room, especially the bathroom and the "design pillows" dirty with stains.
