Very good location nearby the station as well as central Copenhagen. Kind staff, good breakfast. Room was a bit noisy from the sound of cars in the main street just beside our room. Internet connection could become easier by providing free Wi Fi access instead of having to go to the reception to obtain ID/Password every 6 hours. |

In the bathroom the water from the shower runs to a hole in the floor directly under the sink/mirror. So after taking a shower you stand most of the time on a wet floor. Then near the sink you have a hairdryer and using it while standing on a wet floor is life threatening. |

15 minute walk to Tivioli, very good selection for breakfast Old hotel decor very tired, room was very small, typically European but bathroom was an internal add on size of a cupboard, stand in the shower part to use the handbasin. Very expensive for budget class hote. |

Location was not bad -- not as close as I thought, but was okay. Very basic - too much money for the ammenities. This hotel would not be a good choice for americans who are not used to european hotels, as although I was prepared for very basic -- this was less than I expected. I would rate this hotel as the equivilent to a 1 star american hotel (howard johnson is better than this place!) |

Hotel was clean, room was comfortable. Most points of interest to me were well within walking distance. There was a wedding ceremony one night during our stay and the noise was considerable into the night and disturbed our sleep a little. |

good location close to Tivoli Gardens etc. Good breakfast. Coffee service and PC available free of charge in foyer. Lack of amenities in the room. Only shampoo. No maps showing location of hotel. No hotel information booklet as is usually the case in hotel rooms. Location is convenient but noisy - opening the windows you could hear traffic all night long. |

A reasonable walk to the center of town and many activities. Not as advertised! They say that they are air conditioned. Only 8 rooms have air conditioning. Rooms are old and out of date. |

The breakfast was elaborate, and choices of healthy food included. The price was double what it shoul have been for this simple accomodation. The rooms were hot, the bathroom way too small and inconvenient, with no place to put toiletries, etc. or hang clothes. Water of the shower was hard to contain, and mostly ran toward the toilet. An unpleaant idea. The sounds of nearby busy roads and trains made opening windows for some relief of the heat an unwelcome prposition. |

Good Breakfast. Staff very good in reception. No charge for children under 10 when using bed with parents was the reason i choose this Hotel No fridge in room to keep drinks cold. Old furniture in room that I was in and could not se TV from bed. Shower in bath tub and no mat. Very slippery. OK for me but would be bad for older people. Bad to find when walkin from central station for first time. Map could be better with location. |

The only advantage is that the hotel is close to downtown (Tivoli) The hotel is the worst one I've never seen. Dirty everywhere (including dishes at breakfast), small, dirt and unusable bathroon (after a shower you could not use for 30 min). Bedroom very small. |

I really liked the check-in. This first contact is always important and the lady called Monia is the reason why I definitely can recommend this hotel to other guest. She did a really good job! Its already a bit old but everything is still really fine and okay. No hairdryer! |

Nice basic hotel on a 10 minute walk from Tivoli park, train station and city centre. Nice breakfast buffet. Very friendly personnel at hotel reception desk. Rooms on the street side are rather noisy. Few possibilities to cool the room at night. |
