Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. OK location. Good location of room with great view over the city. Free wifi. The room and areas at the floor was very hot these summer days with no a.c. The bath room was unfresh and looked not clean to me. |

Location good, close to the central railway station and Tivoli. The personnel were very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast in whole was of good quality. The lack of a minibar was a disapointment. Air conditioning consisted of a fan on the table- not good in the heatwave. Also the hotel didn't have bikes to arrange - we were directed to a nearby hire firm, which wasn't far but even so, was not what they advertised. (This being one of the reasons we chose this hotel.) The breakfast was very crowded on the first morning (no places, no plates, had to wait for certain foods ...) The room was mainly clean but the towels had holes and we found stuff under the beds that certainly wer'nt ours. |

Good location The draining tube in the bathroom came off when the water was run. The extra payment for the dogs was not mentioned when the room was booked although the travelling with a pet was clearly indicated by the custemer and therefore it came as a unpleasant suprise. no airconditioning. |

The hotel is in a good position from which to explore Copenhagen. It is about 5-10 minutes walk from Central Station (even with luggage in tow). Staff spoke good English and were helpful. The Tourist Information Centre, Hop-on-Hop-Off bus, Oersted Park, lakes and City Hall were all within walking distance. Breakfast has a great buffet! The hotel restaurant is only available at breakfast. We had a very wet day in Copenhagen and hoped not to have to go out again in the evening to dine. Fortunately, the rain had eased off and the walk to the station and shops etc was pleasant. |

I was visiting Copenhagen to see my son, who lives in the Glostrup area. I chose this hotel for its location and found it very convenient for my needs. It is very handy for the public transport and City Centre. |

Good location for walking the city and its highlights. Next to a train station too. Excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed and view to city. Bathroom shower flooded the floor and had to use squeegie mop each time. |

A very charming hotel with curtious helpful staff, very near to the Tivoli Gardens and town centre. Also I was upgraded to a double room with a city view as all single rooms were occupied! This added to the comfort! The wi-fi was easy to set up and very useful. |

Considering how very expensive Copenhagen was the hotel was reasonably priced. Breakfast was good. I have stayed in other Best Western Hotels and this one was the least impressive. Despite the booking being for 3 people, the towelling and pillows were only for 2 people. The fan in the shower did not work so the water flooded not allowing every member of the group to shower after one another. This problem was mentioned to Reception - no solution offered. |

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location and comfortable room. Drainage of water in the wet room/shower room was not good. We had to use towels to prevent the water leaking into the bedroom. Although, once reported, this was dealt with in a timely fashion. |
