overall old and not perfectly maintained. quite room but awful wiew on the backside. Shower water all around the bathroom...!

The hotel is nice, close to the Central Station. The breakfast is good.

The breakfast could be served half hour earlier as most of the hotels. The elevator is old and don't know why it wasn't working at the time of my checkout, about 6:30am. So, I had to use the stairs... four floors with heavy luggage weren't that funny.

Cleanand central to the city

We read on the internet that the hotel can offer a discount on parking your car. They didn't offer this when we checked in.... They said park in the street or any garage in the neighbourhood. When we asked them about what was on the internet, they gave us the price as mentioned on the internet.... The garage was not full, so this is not a good first impression! The shower is small and the floor gets all wet, but there are enough towels, but very annoying.

Breakfast was until 10, we went at 9 and many things were cold and some plates were already empty. Very small bathroom.

Fair location, fair price. Clean.

Most of the shower was occupied by the shower tap (no kidding!), which extended further from the wall than any other tap I ever saw. It was necessary to not use the shower curtain, instead using the entire bathroom.

It was noisy. The strange system of connected floor of shower+toilet is making all floor wet and uncomfortable.

Would have liked coffee facilities in room instead of having to come to reception. Would have been helpful to tell guests in advance that 26th April was a holiday and everything was closed so we could have planned better

The reception is excellent. Ordered a triple room but gave us 3 single rooms with no extra charge because of some problems in our triple room. And also gave us beverages for compensation. Interesting balcony, really enjoyed our stay.

Completely powerless shower -> complaint was not adequately dealt with. After my stay I sent 3 emails to with complain with a request for some refund. Finally,a fter contacting the HQ I got a reply where only apologies were offered. I would not stay again.
