The hotel is very well located in downtown Copenhagen close to Tivoli and convenient for public transport access This has been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed if you take into the account the extremely high prices they charge - euro 240 per night!. The room was not very clean, shower very uncomfortable, bathroom would be full of water after bathing. Beds very uncomfortable and linens extremely dirty even a pillow cover had blood stains on it!!. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I spent only 2 nights but it was not a pleasant experience. Breakfast very poor and with what it seemed as leftover food. |

Breakfasts were very good and staff (mostly) very efficient, helpful and friendly. This particular hotel close to most attractions in Copenhagen. Room service not wonderful (bedmaking and cleaning of rooms). We returned at 3.30pm one day after having been out since 9.00am and leaving notice on door to the effect that the room was empty, to find that nothing had been done. Rang Reception who were very helpful but that still didn't hurry the chambermaid who happened to be on our floor. After about half an hour I went to speak to her and she was quite sullen about coming to our room (in actual fact she didn't) and after ringing Reception again someone from Housekeeping came. This was all a bit unfortunate as we really wanted a rest before meeting friends at 5.00pm |

Very good location nearby the station as well as central Copenhagen. Kind staff, good breakfast. Room was a bit noisy from the sound of cars in the main street just beside our room. Internet connection could become easier by providing free Wi Fi access instead of having to go to the reception to obtain ID/Password every 6 hours. |

In the bathroom the water from the shower runs to a hole in the floor directly under the sink/mirror. So after taking a shower you stand most of the time on a wet floor. Then near the sink you have a hairdryer and using it while standing on a wet floor is life threatening. |

15 minute walk to Tivioli, very good selection for breakfast Old hotel decor very tired, room was very small, typically European but bathroom was an internal add on size of a cupboard, stand in the shower part to use the handbasin. Very expensive for budget class hote. |

Location was not bad -- not as close as I thought, but was okay. Very basic - too much money for the ammenities. This hotel would not be a good choice for americans who are not used to european hotels, as although I was prepared for very basic -- this was less than I expected. I would rate this hotel as the equivilent to a 1 star american hotel (howard johnson is better than this place!) |

Hotel was clean, room was comfortable. Most points of interest to me were well within walking distance. There was a wedding ceremony one night during our stay and the noise was considerable into the night and disturbed our sleep a little. |
