Buen desayuno

Recepción, Hall pequeño poco espacio

Habíamos reservado una habitación más pequeña y nos dieron otra bastante más grande y con baño completo; nos regalaron los desayunos de nuestra hija pequeña que no estaban contratados. Está muy cerca de todo (estación, tivoli, centro a 10 minutos caminando) y el desayuno buffet nos pareció bastante completo para el precio del hotel (es una ciudad carísima en general...). Muy recomendado si quieres un hotel medio en el mismo centro.

La decoración era algo anticuada pero la habitación siempre estaba muy limpia.

nada dado que su servicio de camarera es muy deficiente en relación al precio pagado , el servicio de recepción es bueno pero en cuanto a limpieza y seguridad no se ajusta dado que en 2 ocasiones mi habitación fue abierta por otros pasajeros.

La poca seguridad en la habitación, puesto que uno paga por seguridad y tranquilidad . la limpieza y el servicio de camarera. Llene este espacio no como queja ,solo que considero que ese tipo de cosas en un hotel va en desmedro del servicio del mismo y de quienes hacen bien su trabajo. El reclamo pertinente lo hice al retirarme del hotel. .

I like the services and the professional attitude of all the employees. The breakfast is very nice and the situation is perfect !

I don't like the shower without water pression

In the bathroom the water from the shower runs to a hole in the floor directly under the sink/mirror. So after taking a shower you stand most of the time on a wet floor. Then near the sink you have a hairdryer and using it while standing on a wet floor is life threatening.

Location was not bad -- not as close as I thought, but was okay.

Very basic - too much money for the ammenities. This hotel would not be a good choice for americans who are not used to european hotels, as although I was prepared for very basic -- this was less than I expected. I would rate this hotel as the equivilent to a 1 star american hotel (howard johnson is better than this place!)

Despite reminders my room was not made up for the second night of my stay

good location close to Tivoli Gardens etc. Good breakfast. Coffee service and PC available free of charge in foyer.

Lack of amenities in the room. Only shampoo. No maps showing location of hotel. No hotel information booklet as is usually the case in hotel rooms. Location is convenient but noisy - opening the windows you could hear traffic all night long.
