壁が薄いようで隣の話し声が丸聞こえだった。こちらの話し声も聞こえていたようで、少し大声で話したら、隣- から壁をノックされた。バスルームのシャワーブースとトイレ・洗面所の仕切りはカーテン１枚のみで、床も段- 差がなくフラットだったのでシャワーを浴びたら床全体が水浸しになった。あの設計は信じられないと思いまし- た。

Ｓ－ｔｒａｉｎの駅にも近く、まちの主要な観光スポットにも歩いていける。

朝のブッフェのメニューがやや見劣りする。

Hotel staffs were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great, which was started from 7am on Sunday. My room was a twin room with shower and without bath-tab. The room was large enough. Wi-fi was free, although I did not use it. It took about 10 (perhaps less than 10) munites by walk from the Copenhagen central station.

The hotel is a bit away from shopping area and places to eat. There is no safetybox in the room. The bath room is small, and the shower space is not separated from the toilet and sink. But these are acceptable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. OK location. Good location of room with great view over the city. Free wifi.

The room and areas at the floor was very hot these summer days with no a.c. The bath room was unfresh and looked not clean to me.

Location good, close to the central railway station and Tivoli. The personnel were very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast in whole was of good quality.

The lack of a minibar was a disapointment. Air conditioning consisted of a fan on the table- not good in the heatwave. Also the hotel didn't have bikes to arrange - we were directed to a nearby hire firm, which wasn't far but even so, was not what they advertised. (This being one of the reasons we chose this hotel.) The breakfast was very crowded on the first morning (no places, no plates, had to wait for certain foods ...) The room was mainly clean but the towels had holes and we found stuff under the beds that certainly wer'nt ours.

The carpets and toilet were dirt and smelly. Room too small and crowded. Shower very small and not well designed.

Double room, 1 comfortable chair. Shower facility appalling.I booked two rooms, my friends were given a suite-hardly rewarding for taking the trouble to do the research, booking and paying. When asking reception the comment was "they were lucky" - excellent for customer relations!

The hotel is in a good position from which to explore Copenhagen. It is about 5-10 minutes walk from Central Station (even with luggage in tow). Staff spoke good English and were helpful. The Tourist Information Centre, Hop-on-Hop-Off bus, Oersted Park, lakes and City Hall were all within walking distance. Breakfast has a great buffet!

The hotel restaurant is only available at breakfast. We had a very wet day in Copenhagen and hoped not to have to go out again in the evening to dine. Fortunately, the rain had eased off and the walk to the station and shops etc was pleasant.

Good location for walking the city and its highlights. Next to a train station too. Excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed and view to city.

Bathroom shower flooded the floor and had to use squeegie mop each time.

A very charming hotel with curtious helpful staff, very near to the Tivoli Gardens and town centre. Also I was upgraded to a double room with a city view as all single rooms were occupied! This added to the comfort! The wi-fi was easy to set up and very useful.
