Close to transportion, Tivoli.

No washcloths, water from shower was all over the floor, drainage not good. Glasses were not replaced daily. Beds were comfortable.

Richmond Hotel was okay and adequate for my purpose: a few days citytrip.

A small lamp was not replaced. But that is a minor thing.

Location is very convenient - walking distance to metro and S train, and about 10 minutes from central station. Breakfast selection is good. Room is clean and sufficient with basic facilities.

There were no coffee and tea in the room. This was supposed to be available at lobby at all times, but this was not replenished at all at a few occasions.

Great location. Easy to walk around the city and to the major sights/attractions. Close to the Metro and train lines if you wanted to visit any attractions outside of the city centre. Really good breakfast with lots of options. Friendly staff. Lovely room of a higher standard than we expected. The room rate was more expensive than we would usually book but we considered it well priced given that we were in Scandinavia. Would happily recommend.

I think the shower facilities in the room would require a bit refurb so it would be more modern, but other ways all fine.

Quite typical 3-star hotel. I would consider it a very expensive 3 star hotel, but all hotels in copenhagen are expensive so the price level was ok compared to other similar hotels in that area.

- There is no sound isolation (very thin walls). Our neighbours were a gang of italians who partied in the room until 3 a.m. the first night. Fortunately the hotel staff let us change room the second night, as they had free rooms that night. I recommend ear plugs when u visit this hotel - The bathroom needs renovation/refurbishment. - Breakfast was ok, typical scandinavian 3 star hotel standard on it. Unfortunately the breakfast rooms seating capacity was not matched with the guest capacity of the hotel, so it was very crowdy. I would recommend this hotel for short stays, 1 or 2 nights.

Really good breakfast, comfortable and spacious room, great location, only 5 minutes from tivoli and the city hall,nice staff, possibility of leaving luggage in a storage room.

You could hear a bit what was going on in the corridor but that didn't really bother us, the bathroom is like any scandinavian bathroom, there's no separation between shower and the rest of the room and you'll end-up with the bathroom all wet. But it's bearable.

very central location between central station & shopping streets (stroget) and Nyhaven.

Location and very friendly and patient staff. Light sunny room and good dark blinds.

Inconvenient and very splasning taps. But it is not so critically))

Dirty room and poor hygiene.

It's location, beds are comfy but the pillows a bit lumpy. There is no aircondition in the room but a radiator which is fine as you can adjust the room temperature but I would not recommend this hotel in summer time.

Wifi wasn't working the first day, after that it worked but some sites didn't seem to be working; either not fully or not at all. Walls are very thin so you can be unlucky if you encounter loud neighbours...
