The staff were excellent:charming and efficient

We were unfortunate to have no hot water for 24 hours because of a plumbing problem But I got a small discount on my bill. I think the accommodation was expensive althouhgh I had to book a doubeleroom because I booked late. The restaurant was staggeringly expensive so I went elsewhere.

The room smelled of sewage which was coming from the drains in the bathroom. It was a tiny and grubby room

There is a little bit old and smelly! Internet was down at second night and couldn't connect my my laptop, neither my iphone.

the hotel is right in the middle of the city

It is a VERY old hotel - VERY small rooms (look like prison cells). The parking is quite limited. The name RITZ is misleading - you would expect a better quality.

Excellent location near train station (but far enough away that you can't hear the trains). Very helpful staff.

No air conditioning. Carpet and furnishings on the older side. No power outlet near bed to charge phone.

The location of the hotel is fine. Also I appreciated the free wifi in the room, as well as the coffee and tee room was very comfortable and leisurely.

The room was extremely small and low-pitched in attic (5th floor). The lift was not operating on first morning of my stay. Saturday morning the breakfast restaurant staff was busy with something else, because there were no clean tables, no coffee,no hot water for tee, empty plates on the counter.

Staff were absolutely delightful-extremely friendly and helpful. the room was small but quite comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were great and the dining room very pleasant and attractive. Tea-making facilities in the room would have been appreciated and lack of them is the only criticism. The hotel is very conveniently situated near the railway station and I would definitely stay there again.

Meget venligt, høftligt og smilende personale. Meget god og central beliggenhed. Gode værelser uden larm, selvom værelset vendte mod gaden.

Når man tænder for vandet i badeværelset lugter der af kloak. Dette burde udbedres, da det er en ubehagelig lugt. Morgenmaden var meget skuffende. Rundstykker m.m. var kedeligt pap-brød. Om mandagen den 18. juli var der ikke flere rundstykker m.m., selvom klokken kun var 9 og der var en time tilbage af morgenmadstidspunktet. Herudover var udvalg og tilbehør meget begrænset og kedeligt.

God beliggenhed, rent og pænt hotel. Personalet er venlige og imødekommende.

Beliggenhed - og et dejligt imødekommende personale - fin morgenmad- godt udbud - uden at være overdådigt - og dejlige friske aviser - jeg nød det. Værelset ( et enkelt værelse /standard ) var småt men godt - Jeg var glad for at være der. Dog synes jeg, at prisen er lige I overkanten for et så lille rum.
