Very clean, recently refurbished in my judgment, superb shower room, comfortable beds. Very good buffet breakfast No coffee facilities in the room, no room service. The restaurant was closed while we stayed, a temporary measure i expect. |

Free wireless available in the room. When you have a non-smoking room, the hotel is fine. Breakfast is good. The hotel has many smoking rooms, and stating you like a non-smoking room on the booking.com form, is apparently not a reason to give you a non-smoking room. I received a smoking room and was not told so, and when trying to sleep I had troubles getting into sleep because of the disgusting smell. At first nothing was possible, without extra pay. However, when really annoyed and complaining suddenly the rest of the night I could spent elsewhere in the hotel, but I did lose some valuable hours of nightrest. |

Although the hotel is a 3 star, it is elegant, clean and has one of the best restaurants in Aarhus (apparently). Wireless was also free so all the facilities were there. It is so convenient, right opposite the train station and on the road where all the bus routes for the town pass. |

Hotel ritz is very centrally located in Aarhus, which is probably your best selling point. We ordered breakfast on room service twice, and the difference in what we received was astoning! The first morning we got almost everything our hearts could desire and the second morning we only received the bare necessities. A bit of consistance there would be nice. |

The hotel is centrally located The room was only about 8 m2 and under the roof such that bumped my head 3 times on the ceiling, and certainly there no space for luggage and things. The bed was very small and far too soft (seemed that this was the only bed fitting in the room) such that I couldnt sleep and tried even the floor. I guess my neighbours had the same problems as I heard many bumps against the walls during the night. |

Gezellig ingericht hotel : harmonieus, sfeervol. Ruime kamers. Ligt op wandelafstand van alle te bezoeken plekjes in Aarhus. Zeer vlot bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Correct ontbijtbuffet. Parkeermogelijkheden zijn zeer beperkt. We hebben geluk gehad gedurende de 4 dagen maar.... |

En professionel og meget hjælpsom betjening. Hyggeligt værelse, sødt lille badeværelse. Fint at internetadgang er gratis. Oplys om hvordan man får adgang (hente brugernavn og password i receptionen). |

Jeg synes, man fornemmede, at hotellet var lidt i en down-periode, restaurant til spisning om aftenen var lukket, og begrænset personale kunne opleves. Et smukt hotel, der fortjener up-gangs periode. |

Jeg havde lige fået en øjenoperation - vellykket - men nåede desværre kun den dejlige morgenmadsbuffe - jeg mangler ligesom et restaurantbesøg, men det var helbredet ligesom ikke til....desværre. |

morgnemaden var særdeles ringe. Dels var den uspændende og udvalget lille, dels smagte rørægget så meget af salt at det var uspiseligt. Det var det mest saltede mad, jeg nogensiden har spist. Dvs jeg spiste det ikke, da det var uspiseligt. Og desværre var det det mest spændende ved buffetten som så desværre var uspiseligt. Kaffen var lunken og bar i sin smag præg af at have stået på det apparat i meget lang tid. Desuden var kaffen tynd og uden nogen smagskarakter. Der var noget frugt men det var blot et kedeligt æble, en pære og nogle vindruer...som jeg ikke fik lyst til at tage fra buffetten. Desuden var der en kvindelig ansat som stod ude bagved, i køkkenet, men som slet ikke viste sig i spisesalen.. drop morgenmad og sæt tilsvarende prisen betragteligt ned eller lav mad der er spiseligt. |
