the staff very gentle, ready to help you in any way; the room clean, the room with toys reserved to children, the breakfast, the possibility to have lunch and/or dinner in the hotel.

The difficulty to reach the hotel and to move from there, if you haven't got a car; the prices of restaurant too high, the children's beds were actually 2 sofas and the room was not spacious.considering the fact that, due to the particular location near Legoland, your hotel receive many foreign clients, the hotel should be more "international"...and keep an eye on uses and costumes of foreigners (for example, at breakfast it could be wise to serve hot milk and expresso coffee, when you have Italian or Spanish clients!!)

The room was not meant for occupancy of 3, extra bed was very uncomfortable, Coffee vending machine did not work.

We had a very good experience when we asked for vegetarian food for dinner.

Breakfast ok, parking ok, location ok, internett access ok

The hotell did not supply me with what I had actually booked in writing. I ordered tripple rom (room for 3 persons) with an extra bed (noted in comment field on order and hotel also advertise that extra bed is possible). However what I got was room for 2 persons with an extra bed. The staff was not very willing to solve the problem or look into what the order actually says. Order comment field of litle interest to hotell staff - but how else to order an extra bed if not through Order Comment field ???? The receptionists suggested solution to the problem was an extra room (for 2 persons) at full cost - no price reduction (I selected Billund Camping for myself)

The hotel/Kro have entertainment in form of live band playing very load untill 12.30 am every weekend night. You are not informed about this prior to it occure and can thererfore not avoid to be stuck there with a familly and limited possibility to sleep.

Silent, ok. Trambolin at the backyard was fine, but there was not anything else, no cosiness there (flowers etc). Closeness to Legoland was the best thing, some normal danishness the second best.

Beds were in bad shape. The curtains were awful to look at (from the 1980s, like the gymtrousers with no real figure or color to be recognised...)

Friendly staff, nice and comfortable room, though a bit old-fashioned, but I should say it was the most beautiful building I've seen in Billund.

We came to Billund for Legoland, and looking at the map I thought the hotel was a bit closer to Legoland. But in fact we had to walk a bit more than a kilometer, as there's no any local transport, and we didn't have a car. But it's not about hotel itself, and in fact we enjoyed the walk, just if you have the same reason to go there, you'd better know this.

Rummen var rel trånga i synnerhet som vi hade en extra säng i ett av rummen.
