We did not like the service, we orderd smokefri room, but got a smoke room. The service staff were not interested do make for this mistake, said there where nothing they could do until the next day. We felt awful, woke up in the night like we couldn't breath etc. Next day, this mistake made that we got the extra job of packing our stuff, bringing our suitcases down, placing them in your packing room etc. There were not a singel little interest of your staff to make this easy on us. Actually the staff, didn't matter who were at your desk, were not interesting of us at any time. We always felt disturbing them asking a simple questiong. They just didn't have time for tourist, even if no other tourists were at the reiception. |

The town is lovely and there are some fantastic restaurants. About the hotel nothing. Luckily we were ony there for one night so we focused on the town. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this was by far the worst. You enter the room and instantly student halls or hostel spring to mind. Evan though at and university I have been to the standard has always been far higher. For the money the standard of hotel is insane, there were insects in the bed, most of the lights were not working and if you touched them not properly attached to the wall, and the bed was a joke. The only saving grace was that the room was so inconcievably bad that it has us both in fits of laughter at the fact that we were expected to pay over £100 to stay |

Close to town shopping train station. The only hotel I have seen with two plastic cups in the room and I asked for more from the reception and they said that cleaning person will bring and she came at about 15.30. There were some working people with their work uniforms(With Paint) for Breakfast. It looks so deferant than other hotels. |

The hotel is in the same mould as the Travelodge group in the UK. It is ok for a short stopover. The staff were very nice. |

centrally based hotel - receptionist very helpful (carefully assisting me to get my car out) i.e. out of open garage where someone had severely boxed me in. parking: car numbers and names/rooms ought to be left with reception so car owners can be contacted when needed to move their cars. |

Friendly helpfull staff. Was able to leave baggage there after checking out. Requested a quite room poff the road but was given a room on the road that had traffic noise and could here people in the street after midnight |

at der var morgenmad fra klokken 6.00- at der var parkeringsmulighed at der opsættes en større fjernsynsskærm, så man kan se fjersyn fra sengen. Den var alt for lille til den lange afstand. |

Das Zimmer war geräumig, der Speisesaal hat mir sehr gefallen, gross und hell. Das Angebot zum Frühstück war auch gut. Leider hat mir das Bad nicht gefallen, empfand ich als ungemütlich, sehr klein und wenn man duschte war ganzer Boden Nass. |

Hotel bien situe , pres de la gare et du centre Personnel totalement incompetent. Jai demande deux fois mon chemin et les deux fois erreur de leurs parts ce qui m a coute 200 couronnes de taxi . Stupides receptionnistes |

Hotel tres cher par rapport à la prestation fournie. La salle de bain sentait l'urine...apres le menage, le gobelet est resté au sol durant les 3 jours ou ns sommes restés à Esbjerg. Le seul interet est son emplacement au centre ville. Petit dejeuner léger. |

Vaerelset blev ikke rengjort to dage I streg, vi har allerede involveret direktionen I Koebenhavn og vi har I sinde at lade forbrugsombudsmanden kigge paa den sag. Det var bare saa daarligt, service ukendt ord - vi booker aldrig mere cabinn nogen steder. Vi har betalt for en service, som aldrig blev givet. Fyr chefen, receptionen plus rengoeringspersonalet. |
