I liked best the excellent situation just in the centre of the city of Esbjerg. Although promised, the WiFi internet connection did not work. The message from the computer was: IP address cannot be accessed (or something like that). I took my computer to the reception and asked for help. I could notice that the personnel - I suppose one of them was the chief - had no knowledge in the network. When they hype up the free-of-charge network connection, it has to work!

Location Our room was in the third floor, next to the the stairs. The room should not been given to any customers. The elevator was so slow that most people used the stairs and you could hear their steps, voices and the door closing almost all night long. People returning to their rooms until around 4 o´clock in the morning and then again first starting leaving around 6 o´clock. With the price we paid there should not be circumstances not to be able to sleep! We usually do not have problems to sleep!

Prices in Denmark are obviously more than in the rest of Europe. So I was surprised to find this a very budget hotel. However, all the other hotels I stayed in during my trip at the same price were of a similar level. The 'portacabin' en-suite was very small, but a good shower none-the-less

The room was of course small, as expected, and also the bathroom was microscopic (like a camper). But anyway anything as expected. The breakfast was good, and self service buffet in a very nice sale. Plus: perfectly in the city center. Not suggested for more than one-two nights.

Price was quite low and good for holiday family travel. Also the hotel employees were helpfull, like providing extra baby bed free of charge, when double bed was too narrow to sleep with baby. Value for money; even tiny rooms hard to consider hotel room charge for 2 adults with lower price with same cleanliness and breakfast. Hotel room was quite tiny, a bit like passanger cabin in ferry. Bath room also same, small size module like in ferry. Hard to move in the room when having there baby van and baby travel bed, it was full. However, one night can be slept any place even though room is limited. Still value for money. I would not recommend this for business travel.

Modern rooms in an old building that were much better than we expected for the price. We had a decent sized room on the top floor. There was a lot of late night noise from the street below as our stay coincided with the Esberg music festival but the double glazing was very effective. Good self-service breakfast.

The breakfast was the only thing that was very good ,all the basic foods were there ,/rooms a little small and could do with redecorating as the carpets were poor.location is fantastic, staff friendly , Just the rooms could do with upgrading /ie painted and new carpets.

Comfortable bed. Must have been the smallest en-suite we have ever stayed in. Even dfds ferry had a bigger en-suite. No milk in room for coffee making. No one to greet you at breakfast. Very poor parking facilities. However, we will give your other hotels a try in future.

Rooms were small but clean. I recommend getting the breakfast (cheaper than going to a restaurant). Get drinks and snacks at the grocery around the corner.

The great breakfast and the fast Internet. The bathroom. It was a bit too small as the toilet was practically under the sink.
