Breakfast was good in attractive space at roof level The parking ,below the hotel was a disgrace .It is not physically possible to safely access or exit-----------I damaged my car by scraping it on the edges of the concrete walls.The companies Chairperson or other director should immediately attend to the "parking" space problem. |

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful The rooms are very small and the shower is in the middle of the floor with just a round shower curtain around it. Water got everywhere in the bathroom. |

Breakfast was good (though for extra charge), tea making facilities in the room and the price. Even my room was not in the cheapest category, it was enormous small! When you sleep in your bed, you get the feeling that bathroom is in your living room. |

Quiet hotel, location convienient Wrong bill invoiced at check out. This was not corrected at the time as the staff on duty were not authorised to do so. I had to leave to catch a train before staff authorised to make changes started their duties for the day |

Small, self contained rooms. Also stores luggage in a locked room after checkout. very nice concept of small, ship like cabin rooms. Very clean. individual small, efficient toilet and shower. Very close to train station, bus and railway museum. Great view from breakfast area the local phone bill was high for one call. Breakfast did not have many vegetarian choices. It was not re-filled correctly on time also. Flies near breakfast area |

Great location close to train station and Hans Christian Anderson house/musem, helpful competent staff and clean premises, good breakfast. Rooms definitely small (but efficient use of space) and we are not used to floor of shower and toilet/sink not being divided (entire floor gets wet). |

It was great that we could check in 1 our before. It was not easy to find the parking - the staff had to show us, and we had to call to get in to the parking, and it took long time before the phone was answered. The service was not good. |

What I did not like was the parking which was not easy to use and we had great difficuty getting our car in and out. This hotel should not be recommended for travelers who are driving or who need space. In their room. |
