As we were the first in the room, it was clean and fresh. The staff were helpful. The duvets were warm. Construction not finished, therefore drilling at 7 in the morning. No heating in the rooms, so very cold, a few people were able to get an electric heaters but most were not. Rooms so small that we had to remove furniture just to be able to get one suitcase each into the room, and ours was the top of the range Captains room! The standard rooms were horribly small with no space for anything. Tiny bathrooms, shower almost over the loo, everything gets wet. Do not recommend to anyone. Useful only for the Bella Centre, otherwise it is far out of town next to a building site and shopping Mall. |

I liked the small and compact rooms - their design was very well thought out. The lobby was comfortable too. You are advertising WIFI in the rooms - I tried about 3 rooms when I checked in, no WIFI. This was very frustrating. I also felt that the lifts take forever. |

Staff were friwndly and helpful under difficult circumstances. Free tea and coffee. Being told on arrival that my room hadn't been built yet and I could either downgrade to a tiny budget room or go to another hotel over 15 mins train journey away. The good news (I was told) was that it would be cheaper to have the smaller room. I was then told the internet wasn't working in the rooms yet either. I suggested a reduction in the rate would be appreciated but she said no. Given that this was reserved well in advance, it would have been nice to have been told that the room was not going to be ready in time. It was a bad start. As it was I had to take the small room and spent 4 very uncomfortable nights in a bed way too small for me (I am 6 foot 7 inches tall!). Would have been nice to have had some english speaking TV too. |

The room looks like a grave narrow, unpersonal and "extremely" essential. No restaurant and only junk food to eat. I did not dare to take a shower or haing breakfast in the morning. Just sleep and escape after paying the bill as soon as I was ready. |

The Staff is really helpfull and friendly. The hotel is near metro and s-train station, so you can go quick to downtown. The rooms are tiny. It is impossible to shower without wetting the whole bathroom. The rooms are poorly insulated. The mattress of the bed are very thin and narrow. The hotel is not finished yet, so there are workmen and noise around. |

Humm, not sure as the hotel room was more like a cabin from a ferry. A bit overpriced for what it currently offers, apparently will be better once the hotel is complete.Good if you are driving by or on a stop over and just want a clean bed for the night. As the hotel still pretty much a building site the noise in the morning is quite annoying. Also the size of the room (tiny to say the least), the design of the toilet cubicle, and the pull out bed has a horrible mattress. I only recommend this as opposed to a guest house as here you have your own toilet but do your research and if booked in advance you may be able to find a better deal somewhere else. |

The hotel is new. Close to the Copenhagen airport (5 minutes driving). Part of the hotel is still being built, which means noise and inconvenience. The room is very small, there is a bunk bed, the toilet/shower room is also very small. There was no internet in the room, despite the advertised "free internet in the whole hotel". The parking is extremely expensive, you have to park at the shopping centre nearby and the prices are ridiculous, almost 1/2 of the room price. |

The location was alright for the price. There was a massive shopping mall (by Danish standards) with food court nearbay, as well as a metro and an intercity train station. In room coffee, nice lobby. American-style keycards (as opposed to having to leave your key in the lobby when you leave). This hotel was still very much under construction at the time I stayed (first week of August, 2009 - I understand it will continue for at least a few more months) and there was light construction noise all day from the wing of the hotel still under construction. Rooms are tiny (bunk beds!) and the bathroom (in typical Danish fashion) doesn't have a seperate shower, making everything wet after use. While the TV was nice, it only recieved the Danish national channels. Copenhagen is certianly an expensive city, but for nearly $100 a night I would have expected a slightly larger room. |

The rooms are very small but well organized, clean, and comfortable. The location is outside the city center, but near a metro station and so well connected to the center and the airport. |

It was close to Field's shopping mall and quite close to the Orestad metro and s-train station, so you can go quite quickly downtown and to the airport. The hotel is brand new, so rooms are very modern and clean, with a flat tv screen. Some useful items available in the room : kettle, tea, coffee (but they forgot sugar) Rooms were tiny, beds not very comfortable and quite narrow, in the whole the stay was quite expensive compared to the service provided. Parking is not free, not really nice from an hotel located outside the city. Hotel was opened in july '09 but half of it is not even finished. So wifi was not available in rooms (contrarily to their misleading advertising), we only had 4 tv channels, and works woke us up early in the morning. A compensative rebate would not have been superfluous. Moreover, isolation is not very good. We could hear the neighbors taking their shower as if they were in our bathroom ! It's more expensive for 2 persons than one... But they did not even take the time to make the second bed ! |

A no fuss hotel close to the airport; ideal for a night of sleep in between two flights. The bed was a bit on the short side for someone who is 1m90 tall. |

The price is reasonable, breakfast ok, near to the metro station, Bella center and next to Fields shopping centre. Since I went there only to sleep, it is ok, beds could be wider though :-) I remembered the notice from some other guest that the toilet paper gets wet when showering :-) and I removed it before that. Also there is a poor isolation in the hotel and you can hear all the doors shutting, showering from other rooms... But I was prepared with earplugs and I slept as baby. |
