Score from 2485 reviews Very good
Very, very clean, almost sterile. Kettle and some tea/coffee available in the room. Very close to airport, metro, bus - easy to get anywhere in CPH.
Very noisy street - if window is open. Wi-Fi was sometimes malfunctioning.
Great location to position for an early flight - only 2 stops on the train - the station is only approx 300 meter walk.
Cheap, nice, modern and clean. The hotel has simple, small rooms, and is Perfect for just spending the night when you are on the road. Excellent free and stable WiFi. Have all the facilities you need, bedroom, bathroom and shower. Nice restaurants close by. Nice neighborhood 10 min walk to train station - last stop before Copenhagen airport. Train every 15 minutes.
Rooms are quite small.
The location is very good for short trips to Copenhagen, just by the highway, very close to train and metro station.
Parking is paid extra and is not exactly cheap.
wi fi out of order
Free Luggage store
Price, comfort, the small space in room and toilet
Easy to reach from airport. 2 stops to Ørestad station costs 24DK then walk 5 mins to hotel. Good for an overnight stop. Helpful and friendly staff.
Bathroom is a bit small but it's fine for a short stay.
Good staff very helpful and happy. Close to the AirPort and 2 minutes walk to Fields shoping center.
Breakfast from 5.30
WiFi was amost unavailable
Bedroom, fast lift, and most of all the model in the foyer.
Broken shower curtain rail.
staff was very friendly
the small depressing windows.... lack of tv channels on tv
Cost. Proximity to metro. 24 hour front desk assistance.
Rather creepy neighborhood. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Blown fuses meant no electricity.
more kinds of foods a bigger bed
Hotel was just a few blocks from the train station, which took us to town center. Good restaurant across the street. Décor was nice.
We booked a room for two, but weren't told that it would be twin bunk beds. For a fee, we were given a room with a regular double bed. Our bathroom was tiny, about 4 feet by 4 feet, with the shower in the same room as the toilet. Had a hard time going to sleep because the hotel was next to a major highway.
We chose an amazingly snug box with good facilities. Great shower. Train and shops within easy reach.
A long way out of the city for non-motoring guests. Breakfast area seemed surprisingly grey, cold and uninviting. The size and busyness of the Cabinn metro meant staff never recognised or greeted you after check-in: I guess I found it an anonymous and unfriendly place to be.
i dint like any thing
Staff were very pleasant & helpful
First room was not a proper double as ordered & we had to upgrade
It's convenient for going to the airport, good transport links with the city. Reception and bar open 24-7.
This is essentially a transit hotel - rooms are tiny, the surroundings are drab. You get what you paid for.
Customer service from staff was very good
The standard of the rooms were quite poor. Not spacious at all, very basic interior. Beds uncomfortable whilst sleeping.
We were only spending 1 night as we had an early flight, rooms very SMALL and very BASIC, but good for the money
Wifi did not work once you closed bedroom door
Our booking included breakfast. The selection of foods was fantastic.
The room was quite small but functional.
Location, price, convinience
The room was clean.
We were able to park the car easily and use the trains or metro to get into the city. The rooms are small but adequate.
Choices at breakfast were very limited. Bowls of fruit were shown in illustrations but only apples were actually available, my wife only eats fruit for breakfast!
I liked that the room was comfortable and quant. It was easy to extend my stay well keeping the same room for the same price of my original booking which was really great and convent. Since Copenhagen is such an expensive city, the privacy and comfort for the price was really great and I liked the concept of it resembling a train cabin. Great design and concept for budget travelers that want to stay some place comfortable, quite, clean and innovative.
The walls were a bit thin and signs from the metro station would be great since it is so close.
