Good location and good quality of breakfast I disagree with charging special fees on using credit cards. Never experienced such things in other European countries. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and the quality of the food served at breakfast was outstanding. It is a 3 minute walk from the central train station and about 10 minutes from downtown. Very convenient and well run. The rooms are basic, but very clean. |

The best thing of the hotel is that it's located really close to the city centre and the central train station. Breakfast is ok. Room is extremely small and the furniture’s are a bit dated. Bathroom is also small. After taking a shower the whole floor is wet (2cm water). Hotel is located in a sort of red light district and a lot of junks are walking around there. |

The hotel staff was very accommodaqting and the location was convenient but noisy. It was a noisy location and poorly ventilated so it was necessary to sleep w the windows open. |

Location was good, short walk from train station. Although hotel was located next to red light district, it wasn't problem for us. Price level was ok and breakfast great. |

They changed our room when the first was unsuitable. Worn carpets with no underlay. Outside lights which shine on the windows all night. |

This is a hotel that is simple and clean with a wonderful staff. The rooms are small and the shower is typical of old apartment houses in Denmark with a shower that is right in front of the sink and you will have to scrape the water off the floor but it really isn't a problem. The beds were not soft and not hard and I slept very well. The breakfast room is friendly and the food good. |

Hot water shower was quick, good and strong. Could not send emails out. could only download. None of the reception could help. Very disappointing because the 3 of us needed to send emails out urgently. One of main reason we selected this hotel because of internet advertised! |

The breakfast was simple, but of good quality. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. There is free internet access and printing facilities! Everything was fine, apart from the knock on the door at 8.30am by the cleaner on the last day! |
