Good service, always open, tidy rooms, very clean and nice

In winter time a doormat would be nice in the room, as there are no carpets. You would think that a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries and make-up was mandatory in a hotel - we missed that. Next time we'll make sure to get a grand lit !

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They leave the breakfast leftovers- croissant and smalls- near the coffee machine so you can help yourself with something to eat if you would like.

Location, style and reasonable price

Reception area was rather cluttered.

Stay here often for business trips and I would say one of the best choices for Aarhus. Just a 5 minute walk to the train station, new and modern interior. Much more comfortable and value than the other main hotels nearby - all of which I have stayed in. Staff always friendly, good shower, comfy bed.

Breakfast could improve slightly. It's ok but maybe a little more on offer wouldn't hurt.

Didn't like the fact that there was no restaurant in. Hate the shower-there was only a wall shower-not convenient+there wasn;t always hot water. Generally it didn't give you the feeling of beeing home-like I would like.

more modern than some hotels in the area, location is good and the rooms are clean with plenty of towels and fresh bedding. WIFI reception was good and they are setup for guests with multiple devices, 5 per room/guest

there is some noise from the nearby main rio station but it is minor, water pressure for the shower was marginal but okay.

Great staff with a very helpful attitude

They offered pretty good breakfast, and the staff are very friendly. The Hotel is new decorated as well.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. Though the rooms are (typically) small, they are very clean and reasonably furnished. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was varied. Overall, the stay was perfectly adequate for my needs and proved greater value for money that a "chain" hotel just around the corner....

My pre-booked car parking space was not available, but I managed to park near the hotel every night. No dinner was availble within the hotel, but a good range of restaurants are relatively close, so this wasn't too much of an issue either.

The staff were really helpful but unobtrusive. It was kept spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were excellent.I would thoroughly recommend it to friends. The decor of the rooms and their contents was outstanding.

It would have been good to have the option of an optional buffet meal in the evening. Sometimes when we had been out for the day we would have liked to have eaten at the hotel rather than go out to find somewhere to eat. Something simple like breakfast would have been sufficient, not a full-scale restaurant. The coffee machine could be upgraded - I've had better coffee (but it wasn't too bad).

Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Location very close to the rail station was useful as I had planned various daytrips to other towns in Jutland.

The style and finish of the hotel are instantly impressive There is a perfectly cohesive use of designer technology and furniture, which gives the hotel a very young and current feel. There is free tea and coffee downstairs

I think that the downside to this is that comfort has been somewhat sacrificed to produce the minimalist style You cannot stay here for more than two nights because there is nowhere to put your luggage We came with luggage for two weeks as we were moving on and while the room looked great when we entered, it very quickly turned into a showroom for our clothes No kettle in your room No safe

Hard to find with no sign posting to the hotel. My gps (Tom tom) navigated me to the nearby location and I had problems finding the hotel location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We were traveling with our young daughter and the hotel provided us with a cot for her - which she loved - lots of sleep-ins..thank you!!

The only downside was the bed. I found it to be too soft and not very comfy unfortunately - but I think this is more a personal preference rather than a fault of the hotel.

The staff and service were incredible!, Really helpful and allways smiling people in the reception. The Super bonus was that the coffee, the, latte ect. Was free and you could take it to your room, or even get it "to-go"

In the booking .com details it said pastries all day free with coffee this is not the case any more only the drinks are free.

This hotel was excellent value for money - the rooms were very stylish and the location was convenient. The breakfast was great, the internet was fast and the 24 hr coffee machine was a bonus. The staff were really, friendly and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews and I stay in different hotels across the world every month but I was especially impressed with the Oasia.

A perfect hotel for short stays in the city. Great service, reasonable price and in a quiet location which is very central. Will be coming back soon.

When I arrived myroom did feel a bit dusty, especial the tv remote and hair dryer which had seen better days.

Our main reason for choosing City Hotel Oasia was the location - we attended the nearby spot music festival and it was important that we could walk to the venue and be reasonably close to the train station. We only stayed for one night but what we saw of the hotel was clean & tidy (I think it recently had a renovation), the room was spacious and modern, the breakfast was good (great bacon!) and the staff were friendly. All in all a great stay and would not hesitate to return.
