Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast and evening buffet. It is located close to the railway station, which is convenient, but there are some areas close to it which are unpleasant at night. These can be avoided if you are aware of them. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. All spoke excellent English. Breakfast good selection. Evening buffet great idea although not a great selection. Excellent location 5 mins from main station, Tivoli and central Copenhagen. Would recommend this hotel. |

The best part was the friendliness and helpfulness of EA at the Front desk. She made the difference in amking this place become a very warm and inviting hotel to stay at. The "porn" outside the front door and across the street. Made you feel you were in the wrong part of town, but in fact location is perfect. |

an excellent hotel, very comfortable beds, breakfast and light evening meal exellent, friendly helpful desk staff, very close to city centre, walkable with suitcases from central station, near good restaurants and city attractions, very comfortable lounge areas for hotel guests the only thing that could be improved is that there were a few steps to get up to the foyer area |

The location is very close to the train station so it was not necessary to take a taxi. There is no area in the bathroom where you can set down make-up cases or toothpaste etc. |

Great location. Modern and beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff. Close to city and just few minutes walk from central station where train from airport arrives. Free tea/coffee all days. Light dinner is included in the price!!! Great!! I love this hotel. Breakfast has quite a few selection. Opposite hotel is the night club for man. Not a great view for children if you come with family. |

The location is a very good choice for travel by train and is easy to get to and from the airport via the nearby main train station. Early check-in was not a problem and secure bag storage on the day of departure was no problem. Many tourist attractions are within an easy flat walk. There are no real bargains in Copenhagen but the included brekfast and evening food offerings make this hotel a very good value in Copenhagen. The breakfast and evening food offerings were very good and freshly prepared. The evening offering is not a full meal but easily can be with a large lunch or an appatizer with a cocktail before or after. The rooms are nicely done and are the standard European smallish size for a city hotel. No shelf space in the bathroom. Not a big deal. |

Nice design room, Nice clean bathroom, Location to the center. We did not experience any street noice (room was at street side). I have been staying many times in danish hotels and i understand that many foreigners expect much bigger rooms and bathrooms for this money in their own country, but Denmark is expensive for all things. This hotel you get a lot for the price! Typical in many hotels, on saturday morning at 9.30-10am everyones wants to take his breakfast. |

I enjoyed the staff. Very nice and available. The location of the Hotel is particulary "interesting". I liked it a lot. Beeing Portuguese I missed some sheets. I felt very hot in that bed. And I don't mean "Hot", if you know what I mean. I didn't had time. |

It is very convenience to anywhere, only short steps to central station. And most important things are: they offer coffee/tea and fruits all day long, light dinner buffet. We felt like we were home. the room is little small. |

We particularly apprfeciated that we could enjoy coffee orf tea anytime, and the availability of the buffet supper, which meant we didn't have to look for anywhere else to eat if we didn't want to. Also provided afternoon cakes and drinks in the price. After always choosing to stay in 4 star hotels mainly through a hotel chain this 3 star hotel (graded probably because of its size as nothing could be faulted otherwise) more than satisfied our needs. Unlikely to stay in Copenhagen again but would certainly pick this one as first choice for location, and all it provides. Most satisfied. Probably the layout of the breakfast and supper buffet area, which due to the number of guests roaming about with plates was a little awkward, but didn't starve because of it! |

Good location, friendly staff, organic breakfast, small but comfortable rooms. I had a very nice stay here. The water pressure in the shower was way too low (I stayed on the fifth floor). |

Our bath room sink was stopped up and would take 60 minutes to drain. It was reported. Nothing was done for two days until I reported it directly to the maid and showed her. Also, two lights in the room were unplugged from the electrical socket and heavy furniture was in front of them so the maid just threw up her hands. |
