Location and comfort.

Hotel is in need of upgrading. Rooms are very run down.

Clean. well located and excellent breakfast and dinner. also free wifi. small but comfortable bed

room a bit small but managable for short stay

Location was perfect . The staff at reception were very pleasant . My room was tiny but very clean

The dining room is shabby and worn .The breakfast is just adequate and the buffet evening supper was well below expectation ,we knew that it was to be small meal and that was fine but it wasn't nice and there was no tap water available with this meal !

This hotel goes out of its way with a really generous breakfast and afternoon buffet. The staff was very attentive and friendly - will recommend this to friends.

The buffet was a bit messy at times which was due to peoples disrespect with food.

The hotel is very close to the main station and easy to get to from the airport. Very close to all the attractions Copenhagen has to offer. The light buffet is more than adequate and very good, it consists of soup, meat dish, salad, appetisers, cake and cheese. The staff are very friendly.

Central location, though on edge of red light district but not a problem at all, fairly quiet street, good value, comfortable bed and good shower room

Breakfast scramble - self service and most of us wanted to have breakfast around 9 o'clock and dining room too small to cope. Go earlier!

The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful...fantastic choices of bread and cheese.

Room was small..barely negotiable when you consider luggage.

A little disappointed with room service didn't replace used items during 4 night stay. Refrigerator didn't stay on without card left in and no ice easily available. Good location and helpful friendly front desk

Fantastic experience. Very convenient to central station but still very quiet in my courtyard-facing room. Delicious breakfast with coffee and treats, plus a light dinner buffet that I did not partake of, outside of breakfast. I was in a tiny single but the bed was very comfortable and the window fully operable, a real treat with the lovely weather during my stay. Was lent a North American plug converter with no fuss. All in all a class act.

WiFi unreliable and had to enter complex username/pw combo repeatedly for both phone and tablet. But it was free.

Staff attitude-friendly and helpful

Rooms below deluxe are too small even for 1 night stay, hotel smells like an older property, especially the restaurant and lounge area. Food at light dinner buffet was not quality.

Staff were excellent. Included in the price was a very good breakfast, tea and coffee all day, cakes from 3pm and a light supper. Altogether good value in an expensive city.

Television noise from the next door room.

The design contemporary and creative, the location near central station and most of the principal monuments and shopping centres, the breakfast buffet with lots of variaty and fresh produtcs and also the tea/coffee always on dispose, with free cake in the afternoon and the light supper buffet included which were a definitive plus. Free wi- fi internet was also much appreciated and it worked very well.

Some of the perssonal from the restaurant were unpleasant and harsh, even rude, when they just ignored us and it looked like they sometimes forgot to refill the food during regular opening hours. We also found that not all the cleaning room staff were good enough because in some of the days, during our stay, the room wasn't properly vacuumed and the bathroom wasn't as neat as in some other days.

Very good value or money, with good breakfast and dinner buffet, plus coffee all day and cake in the afternoon, in the 'normal' price range for Copenhagen. For the same money you get just the breakfast or even no breakfast in other hotels in the area.

The room and bathroom, although renovated and clean, were small.
