Location close to harbour. They had no record of our booking and took a long time to find us a room. "Superior" room had no natural light. Window opened on to covered courtyard so no possibility of fresh air. Air conditioning was on but did not cool the room and constantly dripped water on to the bedside table."Restaurant" was a noisy, crowded, dirty, covered courtyard. Food poor quality and very limited choice.. Only one guest computer working and long queues. This hotel should not be rated 4 stars. Clarion Mayfair (3 stars) is better in every way, especially food and reception staff. |

We booked a suite and got an ordinary room which barely had room for two chairs. The so-called suite was nothing like the description in booking.com. We complained and got another room the next day which had an extra room with a sofabed. The sofa on the extra room, however, was not made up and was obviously an extra bedroom for kids - not a suite. The bathroom was dirty and dark and had a missing light bulb. Worst of all,the breakfast was very very poor - about the worst that I have ever seen - and nothing like what you expect from a 4 star hotel in Copenhagen. |

I liked the proximity of the hotel to sights and attractions. Breakfast was also varied and convenient. there was no one to help with the luggage. This hotel is good for people with carry ons not with suitcases. The female staff were wonderful and very helpful. |

breakfast and light evening buffet were included in room price we asked for queen bed, and was given a bed no bigger than a double bed. we were told by reception that this was a Danish queen bed, and to ask for king bed if we go again. |

The location is good.Having breakfast and dinner buffet is great advantage,if you don't care of quality . Since I stayed at this hotel alone,it was good for me to able to take some food from buffet table and have a a meal in my hotel roon. The hotel room is very small and there is no way to have fresh air and have to keep the curtains closed all the time because the hotel room I stayed was facing to the courtyard which is used as a kind of guest lounge. A part of passage leading to my room was under the renovation so that I have to go through the mess area to get to my room. I thought that hotel should not offer such rooms if the renovation is going on nearby. I feel that this hotel doesnot deserve 4 stars. |

The location was perfect for walking around Copenhagen. We were just spending one day/night there before getting on a cruise. The room was quiet and comfortable. Since it was a hot and humid day, air-condtioning would have been nice. |

Excellent location and a helpful staff. Nice hotel to stay in for a few nights if you don't mind a little dust in the rooms! Evening buffet and breakfast was ok. Too crowded during breakfast, not enough tables, cups, glasses, plates etc. Had to drink juice from a coffee cup! The room wasn't that clean, but it was ok for one night. |

Our room was nice, clean, quiet, although it seems more a 3 stars hotel than a four stars . The staff was ok, but they could have been more friendly... The hotel The situation of the hotel ist very good, in the towncenter. Good breakfast, free coffe and cake at 3 p.m. and the eveningbuffet (from 18 - 21) better than expected, maybe we expected too little, We´d recommend this hotel. |

we specifically liked the evening buffet, which was quite substantial and well thought out. we also liked the location very much. we did not realize there was an 'annex' situation with this hotel, and we stayed at a nearby location. There was no elevator to get the luggage up. |
