Breakfast and size of room My toilet did not work first night. I had no idea how to work the shower, and a colleague also staying had the same problem. For me, after major shoulder surgery, getting in and out of the tiny bath was very difficult and painful. There was no phone in the room and although the reception offered me a wake up call each morning, none happened! |

the two-bedrrom junior suite which was comfortable for family of four like ourselves there should be room service available. the room was poorly cleaned during our stay. the room was cold. hot/cold water in bathroom was unreliable. |

Nice, cosy hotel near the centre. My room was too small, buffet breakfest O.K., with very good coffee from a coffee machine. I would expecte also some sweets for the breakfest,for example a wienerbrot. |

I liked the free afternoon coffee&cake and buffet dinner. They reserved money from my credit card without telling me and did not released them immediately after I payed the bill. |

The bed was excellent, and so quiet and nice. Excellent staff. I just loved it. The cleanliness was not 100 %. The toilet had skid marks. |

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. There is no way that was a 4 star hotel even for Europe. The safe in my room didn't work and even after 6 days they didn't fix it. While they did give you meals it was almost always the same food. Rooms were small but that is standard for Europe. |

Erinomainen sijainti kaupunkimatkalaiselle. Hyväntuoksuinen pieni huone. Luomuruokia aamiaispöydässä. Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli, jossa ei suuren ketjun tunnetta. Ehkä huoneen pienuus. |

La colazione, ma soprattutto la posizione dell'hotel che è veramente posizionato bene sia per le passeggiate a mare, per il nyamar e il centro. e' un pò datato, in sala colazioni il muri si scrostano e i letti sono piccoli (camere standard). Il personale non si sforza minimamente di parlare almeno francese. |

Lage Ich hatte 11 Zimmer gebucht, musste 1 am Ankunftstag stornieren; ich habe den vollen Zi Preis bezahlt und bekam auch nicht die Schlüssel. Das Zimmer wurde unproblematisch anders vermietet, das Hotel hatte also doppelte Einnahme war auch ausgebucht; Sauberkeit für den Preis nicht angemessen |
