Clarion Collection Hotel Neptun

En oikeen ymmärrä hotellin saamaa seiskan keskiarvoa.. Sijainti on erinomainen, hotellin yleiset tilat sekä huone tyylikkäitä ja siistejä. Illallisbuffet on tosiasiassa leipä- ja salaatti-iltapala, mutta pidimme siitä kovasti. Samoin aamupala oli oikeen hyvä, muttei toki mikään "Radisson buffet". Erityismaininnan ansaitsee hotellin erittäin miellyttävä, olohuonemainen oleskelutila jossa ilta- ja aamupalan voi nauttia. Lisäksi tarjolla kaksi ilmaista nettikonetta ja edullinen tulostusmahdollisuus.

Lastensängystä joutuu maksamaan 250 kruunua lisämaksua eikä hotellista löydy saunaa. Molemmat enemmän tai vähemmän sivuseikkoja.

aamupala ei toiminut kahvikone rikki,mehuautomaatti rikki,koko henkilökunta yhtäaikaa aamiaisella keittiössä ei saanut häiritä.Huoneissa ei ilmastointia.

i like that both meals were provided, though with few varities. the cozy living room was nice.

computer downstaris is good but unable to view foreign languages. meals better with more varities. shower space should have a door.

Based on my experience last time, this was my second stay at the Clarion Hotel Neptune. Thanks to it's excellent location, free buffet-style dinner, free coffee/tea making facilities throughout the day and free Wireless internet in the rooms, this hotel definately is very good value for money.

However as opposed to last time, where seemingly I was upgraded to a twin-bedded room for single use, this time I was given a single-room, which is actually not nice at all. It is very small and one feels like a boxed sardine. The bathroom has all the necessary, but is very small too! Furthermore, you can't open any windows or curtains as the only window in the room overlooks the dining area on the inside of the hotel (so if you don't close the curtains people can see into your room from the dining area = not a nice feeling at all). So the conclusion is, this hotel has a lot going for themselves, but do yourself a favour and make sure to upgrade to a double room, the little extra cost is definately worth it.

The hotel location is rather good, close to main shopping streets and the city center. There's a small cozy library area in the hotel, where you can relax after a business day.

Rooms are very small, there are no hooks or any allocated space for outer closing in the room.

Really a good hotel, nice place.

This is not a hotel of your dreams but it is worth the money. For a standard price of a 3star copenhagen hotel you get free breakfast and evening meal as well. Both meals aren't your gramma'a cooking, but they suffice to get your stomach full. Considering how expensive the food is in Copenhagen this hotel can save you lots if you are staying for several days. If you are there only for a day or two i would definitely discourage you from booking this hotel because its older than others and rooms dont match up other hotels within same price category.

The hotel was wonderfully situated near the royal palace and harborside, walking distance to pedestrian areas for shopping and food. The breakfast and dinner buffet that was included in the room price was a nice addition. We were traveling with a 1 year old and were upgraded to a junior suite and with the buffet options it made our life easier with the kid. Also there was a junior playground in a small park across the street we could play with as well

The room was clean and kept up, but the bathroom could do with an update as the fixtures are starting to show wear.
