Отличное расположение, 2 мин от Nyhavn, включенный ужин, тихие номера Послеобеденный чай подавался без пирожных, как было обещано на сайте, ужин разнообразный, но только в виде салатов и макаронов с микроскопическим кусочком ветчины |

Расположение в центре города, рядом с каналом. К сожалению, номер очень маленький, в номере запах сырости. Кондиционер гоняет воздух, но нет притока свежего воздуха. В итоге-очень душно, не хватает кислорода. |

i like that both meals were provided, though with few varities. the cozy living room was nice. computer downstaris is good but unable to view foreign languages. meals better with more varities. shower space should have a door. |

In the middle of the diplomatic area, close to the shopping streets and important buildings. They offer a free buffet that although not of Michelin quality can be easy and convenient if one wants to dine quickly The shower was not ok, there was just enough water coming out to wash a foot, not an entire person. |

Based on my experience last time, this was my second stay at the Clarion Hotel Neptune. Thanks to it's excellent location, free buffet-style dinner, free coffee/tea making facilities throughout the day and free Wireless internet in the rooms, this hotel definately is very good value for money. However as opposed to last time, where seemingly I was upgraded to a twin-bedded room for single use, this time I was given a single-room, which is actually not nice at all. It is very small and one feels like a boxed sardine. The bathroom has all the necessary, but is very small too! Furthermore, you can't open any windows or curtains as the only window in the room overlooks the dining area on the inside of the hotel (so if you don't close the curtains people can see into your room from the dining area = not a nice feeling at all). So the conclusion is, this hotel has a lot going for themselves, but do yourself a favour and make sure to upgrade to a double room, the little extra cost is definately worth it. |

The hotel location is rather good, close to main shopping streets and the city center. There's a small cozy library area in the hotel, where you can relax after a business day. Rooms are very small, there are no hooks or any allocated space for outer closing in the room. |

We spent one night (sleepover) in Copenhagen on a business trip. Free Wi-Fi, free fruits, evening snacks, breakfast - all this makes the hotel a nice place to stay. |

The location, the breakfast, the room, the staff, the dinner, the free and easy way to connect to WiFi, the proximity to the center, everything. Plus the hotel was exactly as described in booking.com, which is also great! In my room, the bathroom ceiling needed refurbishment, no big deal. |

Respectable breakfast and dinner in pleasant and spacious dining area. The free fruit and coffee/tea all day is a nice touch. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Our room's bathroom smelled like a dirty shower drain. |

Evening buffet was nice and it was very good to have tea, coffee, cakes and fruits at 15.00 when we came from airport to the hotel. The standard double room was not big enough for 2 persons. I did not find herbs or fruit tea during breakfast and evening buffet. |

The staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The evening buffet was great and just what we needed after a full day travelling. There was free WiFi. It is also in an excellent location and very close to the metro which is handy for the airport. |

The hotel offers free wireless internet and a free buffet in the evening which is particularly welcome for travellers with a late arrival as myself. Furthermore there is also coffee/thee service available free of charge througout the day. |

This is not a hotel of your dreams but it is worth the money. For a standard price of a 3star copenhagen hotel you get free breakfast and evening meal as well. Both meals aren't your gramma'a cooking, but they suffice to get your stomach full. Considering how expensive the food is in Copenhagen this hotel can save you lots if you are staying for several days. If you are there only for a day or two i would definitely discourage you from booking this hotel because its older than others and rooms dont match up other hotels within same price category. |

Coffee, tea and fruits served in lobby 24h. Good breakfast. Slightly worn room (carpets). No a/c, at least street side rooms were hot although there was only 17-19c outside. |

The hotel was wonderfully situated near the royal palace and harborside, walking distance to pedestrian areas for shopping and food. The breakfast and dinner buffet that was included in the room price was a nice addition. We were traveling with a 1 year old and were upgraded to a junior suite and with the buffet options it made our life easier with the kid. Also there was a junior playground in a small park across the street we could play with as well The room was clean and kept up, but the bathroom could do with an update as the fixtures are starting to show wear. |

Very central location, nice area When we arrived we found out that the price included buffet dinner. When we said we were not interested the receptionist explained that there was no alternative: "it's the concept". Perhaps they should inform guests of "the concept" before booking! |

Breakfast and size of room My toilet did not work first night. I had no idea how to work the shower, and a colleague also staying had the same problem. For me, after major shoulder surgery, getting in and out of the tiny bath was very difficult and painful. There was no phone in the room and although the reception offered me a wake up call each morning, none happened! |

the two-bedrrom junior suite which was comfortable for family of four like ourselves there should be room service available. the room was poorly cleaned during our stay. the room was cold. hot/cold water in bathroom was unreliable. |
