The room was comfortable, and clean.

Shower got the bathroom floor totally wet.

Terrible cleanliness, the bed had hairs (long and short) from previous occupants. When mentioned, staff offered new bedsheets but no other apologies/change of room. Room had a strange odor as well, which did not dissappear after airing. Breakfast was not fresh at all - food was left out since opening, meaning that cheese/fish/meat/fruit had spots and was not refreshed. Would doubt that this would be accepted by public health authorities, if they were to control

Serviceable and convenient to city center

Limited time of restaurant availability. I sought dinner at 8.50 pm and was refused. I then had dinner at a city centre restaurant that proved to be excellent.

The staff was helpful and kind.

Don't expect a 4 star hotel.

Very good location for the people who want to visit Odense. It is located in a city center, all attractions are close, so you can easily walk.

Hotel staff was terrible, they never smile, never give the information about breakfast, about attractions. And another disadvantage is interior - well, I am not a fan of old and classic buildings. Rooms tiny, it feels so claustrophobic inside.

Loaction, environment of location

Nice historial hotel in a very good location. Convenient and clean with some very helpful staff. The young man on duty our first night spoke sven languages and when out of his way to help us with making a reservation in another city.

Our first night was before a holiday and there was some street noise heard in our room. There is a busy street beside the hotel which makes it easy to get to but also contributes to the noise.

Loved the atmosphere - older heritage building - the cage elevator and large leather sofas and chairs - the circular staircase with large wood banister - all of it puts you in mind of a Victorian manor style of boutique hotel you may find nestled in New York City or London England! Our room was large and well furnished. The hotel is across the street from the train station and our room (#405) faced that street yet it was quiet (as a light sleeper I travel with ear plugs but didn't need them). Walking distance to all of the attractions and shopping it was a great location and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast that was included had a good variety of hot and cold items and the afternoon snack was also a lovely touch.

Not a huge complaint but there is no safe in the room (we kept our passports with us but left our iPads and other valuables in the room without incident). Also no mini fridge or ice bucket but again not a big problem as there is 24 hour free access to kitchen where you can get cold water, juices, coffee and tea.

Venlig og hjælpsom personale. Værelset pænt og god standard, morgenbordet var godt + P. Forhold meget fint.

At få bruseren igang var ikke muligt denne gang,der var en regulator til varmt vand men at tænde for vander om morgenen fandt vi ikke ud af. Når lyset i loftet blev slukket blev lyset i bad også slukket,det bevirker at man skal hele vejen udenom sengen for at tænde lyset på bad. Når der så bliver tændt står hele værelset oplyst, det bevirker en skideballe fra en partner (sluk lyset, hvad laver du midt om natten? ) jeg skulle bare på toilettet!

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr klein, auf dem sehr kleinen Fernseher waren RLT oder Sat1 gesperrt, der HardPorno Kanal war jedoch kostenlos und ohne Sperre erhältlich, ekelhaft! Die Möbel alt, die Fenster liessen sich nicht richtig öffnen. Die Steckdosen hatten teilweise einen Wackelkontakt. Das Frühstück war mäßig, das P/L Verhältnis eine Katastrophe. Das Personal war nett, kann aber die Räumlichenn Missstände nicht aufwiegen.

Dejligt ældre, men godt vedligeholdt hotel. Skøn morgenmads "udestue". Skøn atmosfære i gammel stil.

Ok men lidt trist morgenmad.

Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående. Fri tillgång till kaffe, uppskattas när man kommer tillbaka efter en runda på stan. Fritt Wi-Fi. Bra frukost. Prisvärt.

Toalett badrum skulle jag uppskatta bättre avlastningsytor för nessessär samt varmt golv.

Dålig belysning i rummet, svårt att ligga på sängen och läsa

man skal ikke ikke bukke et room vis man skal på en romantisk wee. i de kolde mdr. vi frøs så meget på værlset at vi måtte sove med sokker og trøje på. badeværlset var så kold.at de lå håndklæder til os vi kunne gå på. og nor vi var i bad løbet vanet bag ved badekaren så kom der skidt fram på gulve af ander gæstre.det var så vores 12 år bryllups wee. og morgen made er ikke den beste. kom ned kl 10 lørdag ikke fler runstykker. søndag til morgen mad kunne vi ikke få fler blødkoget æg kl 930. et gamme hotel der er gåde i stå.
