we just needed a place to stay on our journey to Jylland. We were very surprised, as we did not know anything regarding this Hotel. We enjoyed the place and the hospitality. |

Great location in Odense with excellent breakfast included in price. Building has an old world charm and seems well maintained. Inadequate parking facilities. Restaurant closed for entended period. Staff seem poorly trained for a hotel with a four star rating and the breakfast area was understaffed. |

Hotel staff were friendly and helpfull it was very near to the relatives we were visiting.The hotel position is central to the town and within walking distance. I was disapointed in the room facilities they were certainly not 4star.there was no facilities for making a drink,the hairdryer didnt work ,the television needed attention.the coffee machine was out of order onthe first morning of our stay. |

De locatie op loopafstand van het centrum van Odense en toch makkelijk bereikbaar van buiten de stad. Personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. |

Beliggenheden Mere rengøring - hele hotellet stinker, når de laver mad i køkkenet. Og så hænger lugten jo i de gamle gulvtæpper, som godt kunne skiftes ud. Morgenbuffetten var en stor skuffelse - kedeligt og ulækkert mht. hygiejne. Der var ikke nogen oversigt over nødudgange på værelset - det synes jeg er meget dårligt. Internettet virkede ikke. Jeg håber virkelig ikke det er samme standard, når man betaler fuld pris... det er da pinligt at tænke på de turister, der kommer til Danmark og forventer samme 4-stjerne standard, som i andre lande, og møder noget, der svarer til 2, men koster en halv bondegård. Det har sikkert været et luksuriøst hotel engang, men der er ikke andet end stuk tilbage - det er ærgerligt. |

God restaurant med dejlgt mad og god service. Der var en hel del larm fra gaden (udrygning af ambulance + politi) evt. lydtætte ruder. Når man skal arbejde med pc er det dejligt at der er ordentlig lys, derfor ville en god lampe på bordet være en god ide. |

E' posizionato bene rispetto al centro della città di Odense, la colazione è negli standard internazionali, il prezzo rispetto ad altre nazioni europee è più alto, ma la Danimarca è più cara in tutto la pulizia è un po' scarsa, soprattutto per chi soggiorna più giorni... il balcone pieno di mozziconi di sigaretta |

Dejlig atmosfære i receptionen Lås døren, når der har været rengøring, sæt badeværelset i stand, så afløbet kan tage imod vandet fra bruseren. Reparer døren, så den ikke binder. altså sæt vedligeholdelsesstandarden lidt op. |

Foyer, restaurant, barområde og indgangsparti meget flot, hyggeligt og indbydende. Meget venligt personale og udmærket morgenbuffet. værelserne trænger til renovering. De er noget slidte. Både vægge, loft, møbler og især badeværelse er meget slidt og decideret en skuffende oplevelse. |

Das Superior Zimmer war groß genug für zwei Personen, das Bad ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel selbst hatte durchaus Charme, gut gefallen hat der "alte" Fahrstuhl. Der Frühstücksraum war schön hell. Das Personal könnte noch etwas freundlicher sein, das Frühstück war eher Standard – mit leckeren Pecan-Nußtaschen. |
