First Hotel Copenhagen  

Great room, great breakfast. Just a good hotel.

Location bit off, 10 minutes from both town and Airport. Taxi to town is 125DKK (20 Euro), Taxi to Airport charged 225DKK (31 Euro)

Nice rooms and the service, but what I will really remember is the great food. The steak I had was the best one I've had in year (even including usa and South Africa).

Your front desk staff was polite and good.

Dining area too small no good service Got the wrong hotel....mistake by you when locating me there. This is simply just a place to sleep. Interior layout reminds me of movies from US prisons! Regardless of if you look up from the lobby or down from the fifth floor. surroundings outside is like nothing worth to even bring up!

The design combined with the prize. Location ok. Food good.

When internet is included, why on earth do you have a cumbersome login procedure??? Not only do you have to enter long numbers as username/password, you have to do it every time you are to use the internet. I don't understand this. When it is included in the room, why not have a simple NORMAL wi-fi network with a password you don't have to enter EVERY TIME?? Apart from this idiotic thing, the hotel is great!

It was very bright and fresh. Good rooms.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpfull. Good Location for those arriving by car. It's less than 3 minutes from the motorway E20. There are frequent busses to Bella Center Metro station and Sjælør S-Tog station. Via these stations you are in the city center in 15 to 20 minutes. A less frequent direct bus or waterbus is also available.

Very little choice at the breakfast buffet. For this kind of money I would expect much more choice. An exit at the roadside (read bus stop side) of the hotel would be nice, especially after dark when the pavement around back is a little dark.

Good rooms, very clean, enough space, very good food in the restaurant, friendly staff

A bit expensive but for Denmark it is expected

The Hotel is clean and quiet big , very good international breakfast . The first impression about the position was bad; after one day I realized the bus 4a pass each 10 minutes just in front of the hotel ( till 0.40 in the night)and in less then 10 minutes you are in bella center tubestation ; moreover ther is a boat-bus just 5/7 minute walking from the hotel where drop you in nyhavn passing throw the canal in 15/20 minutes. So it is not so bad as it seems .

Great Hotel overall, the staff were really nice and helped with any questions that I had for them. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

This so-called 4-star hotel is in fact worse than a 2 star. The floor, the desk and the chairs, everywhere in the room were fully covered with dust, when we entered. The cleaning everyday is careless enough, leaving dust at the feet and the corners of the walls. Besides, breakfast was included according to the booking, but one has to pay for it when moving in and stay. In the toilet, nothing is provided but two towels for washing and toilet paper. It is completely swindling!

there was only one staff in the hotel when we checked in. And she was extremely impatient and rude when asked simple question. The shower water was just like drizzle. The breafast smoken samon was stale... It hardly believe this is a 4 star hotel!

The beds were quie comfortable, no noise in the rooms and very clean. You get access to the relax center which has sauna and jacuzzi. Free wifi.

It is a bit far from the train station, around 15 minutes walking.
