The hotel is conveniently located much closer to Frederikshavnvej than the main train station and so this is the one to use if you have luggage to carry. The receptionist was very friendly, helpful and efficent and spoke excellent English. The room was very clean and well appointed. There are in effect two restaurants - a fairly posh restaurant and the "bar" area where one can eat more cheaply.

Excellent modern apartment designed with impeccable Danish style. Included kitchen and dining area, sitting room with TV and outdoor patio all within a hotel complex that offered good choice of pub and restaurant food. Very appetising buffet-style breakfast and outdoor seating to have a coffee or beer.

Good breakfeast buffet and decent dinner buffet. Clean rooms. The room ventilation was non existing... Had to sleep with the door open. Please consider improve and perhaps install AC?

Very friendly staff. Good evening meal in the a la carte restaurant. Bikes where brilliant although no one mentioned that they cost 200 kroners each to hire for a few hours.

Hotel is almost at the bicycle route to Skagen and it is close to the city center. Friendly staff, large and clean rooms, danish furnitures by Skagerak (trip trap), nice pool for the kids.

Pretty good location and many services offered. While rooms were fairly simple and small, they were quite clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our room shared a balcony, which was a lovely way to have some extra space when the weather cooperated. Be aware that you pay for everything extra -- internet, sports, etc... The breakfast buffet, which was plentiful and good was the notable exception, but even this involved reserving at a higher rate.

The hotel was very tastefully fitted out in a stylish good quality decor, the rooms were spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was good with a more than adequate choice.The hotel staff were helpful and polite. It was a lovely relaxing stay. We didn't like the fencing around the swimming pool.

Dejligt stort værelse med altan. Dejligt badeværelse. Dejlig morgenbuffet. Sødt personale. Utrolig dårligt tv-apparat på værelset. Dårlige dyner og hovedpuder.

Havde bestilt værelse,gjort opmærksom på vi havde hund med Måtte så ikke have hund på værelset alligevel, surt! Personalet gjorde alt hvad de kunne for at finde en løsning. Endte med en lejlighed og 2000kr mere. Synes de skal være bedre til at formidle at man kun kan have hund med ved telefonisk henvendelse.

Der manglede et lille køleskab på værelset - ikke engang på Comfort værelset var der kølelskab. Det er nødvendigt, især om sommeren når man gerne vil have koldt vand.
