    clean and staff is friendly

family room needs to have some extras not just a pull out couch. Most families could use a small tub for babies,a kettle and a cot. The breakfast was okay and some of the essentials like yogurt had been eaten up and not refilled.

The staff are very friendly and service minded.

The breakfast was, although fine, there are clearly some 'short cuts' being made ie. machine coffee - instead of fresh brewed and powdered eggs - instead of fresh scrambled eggs. I recognise this is based on personal choices - but if the hotel is looking for suggestions of improvements - these areas would be positive changes.

They charge DKK 500,- for bringing a pet and they do not display that information anywhere on their website.

Room was spacious, but then it was a "superior" room

Room was situated near front entrance hotel, where people gathered to smoke, it was extremely noisy during 2 out of 3 nights, and since the hotel is owned by a Norwegian ferry line, coaches were constantly parked in front of our room to either drop off or pick up guests.. We were told we had a quiet room in a quiet hotel, but unfortunately we were exhausted after 3 nights in this hotel!!
